First the trooper has 2 master cylinder.1 cylinder dose L/F  R/r the other 1 dose the other 2. We have a pressure bleeder. Some times we use to fill the brake line at the master cylinder till it comes out the bleeder of the caliper bleeder.Close the bleeder and attach the brake line to master cylinder. Then bleed at master cylinder. You may have a clog in the brake line blow it out.Be careful blowing out line.Cover the ends of the lines. If this doesn't work call me on Monday. 928 246 6819

Here's something to look at, this happened to me on a 2014 R2 I bought used. I had weak a spongy brakes so I tried to bleed them and kept getting air out the system. I had a vacuum pump and even went and bought a pneumatic brake bleeder, still was getting air bubbles. So I pulled off the master cylinder. While doing this I noticed that the rod from the brake pedal to the master cylinder was at a down angle. I then took the master cylinder apart and found scoring on bottom of the piston and the cylinder bore. I replaced the master cylinder and changed the rod position and it now works fine.

I tryed everything and I still couldn't get any pressure... so here's what I did.. I bought break lines for a chevy truck.. there are a 10 mm banjo fitting just like the Joyner but on other end they are a 3/16 standered break line..  i also bought a 25ft roll of 3/16 break like and made my own lines and bought a master cylinder for a very dune buggy..I have great break now...!!!

My "R" light on the dash will not go out when I take the UTV out of reverse and put it into any other gear. Is this just the light switch issue or will this effect engine performance in the other gears?

      Hi All,
New to UTVs and recently accuired a ut400 from our local Alaska Commercial Co. and had a questions regarding the transmission fluid. I have had a squeeling noise, sounds like a teapot, that recently started after being driven for a few minutes. The manual says to change the fluid at 500 miles, so I was thinking maybe its just time for this to be changed. Other then that I cannot find any information regarding the type used. While reading through these forums, I seen someone put that the transmission is lubricated with the engine oil. Is this true? If not what should I be using and where can I find the information to change it out? Any input on this would be greatly appretiated!
      Thanks in advance

Spent today at a Honda dealership looking at their 520 side by side, then on the way home past our Lowes noticed they had several new UTVs on site, so we U-turned and ducked in there. We were impressed that all that came for $9,999 metal whole length skid plate, nice sized bed, roof, windshield, side mirrors, winch, upgrade looking tires… all of which would have added thousands of dollars to an already expensive Honda 520. Now Honda does have a great reputation from my trusted UTV experienced buddy, so it has that going for it.

So I've got a Hisun 550 that I was doing some work on that required removing the CVT and it's housing. Upon attempting to reinstall the clutch, sheaves, etc, I found that the belt no longer fits - it's far too wide. None of the parts have been replaced, they're all OEM. Exactly the same parts as what I took off a few weeks ago.
To be more specific, my belt is 1.25in wide, but the gap between the clutch and the primary sheave is only 7/8in wide. I'll include a few photos to explain.
Has anyone ever experienced such a bizarre problem? Any help at all would be appreciated, I've been stuck on this for a month. I'm open to just about any suggestion.
