new to me mule 1000

So i just picked up a 1991 mule 1000 that i know nothing about is there anything i should be looking out for? like is it hard to find parts for this model and is there anything thqt went wrong in that year of model? i just want to know some genral idea of what i have bought

In 1988, the first Kawasaki MULE was introduced in the form of the MULE 1000; it featured a water-cooled 454 cc (27.70 cu in) twin-cylinder engine, which was fitted to an open-cab utility vehicle chassis.^[1] The MULE 1000 also featured a continuously variable transmission (CVT),independent suspension at the front and rear and a locking rear differential.^[1]

Here is how to tell if engine needs rebuilt, While engine is running, take off the oil filler cap, if oil, and or the cap bounces up and down, that means the rings are worn and need replaced. You need to find a service manual for it too. that is an important piece!
