I've heard people say that before, but my experience has told me that it's usually not the synthetic that caused the problem.  It's usually that synthetic revealed the problem, which is a gasket that wasn't completely sealed or had shrunken.

AMSOIL synthetic motor oils are made of completely pure, ideally-designed synthetic base stocks, blended with the highest-performance additives available, and are fully compatible with all engine gaskets and seal materials.  In fact, because they are more painstakingly designed than petroleum oils, AMSOIL synthetic oils help maintain seal integrity better, rejuvenate shrunken seals, and extend seal life far better than conventional oils.

What I like best about selling Amsoil is that we have a Tech Services Department filled with people who are passionate about performance and quality.  If you ever have a question, please feel free to holler at me or go straight to the guys in the lab.

They usually answer within 48 hours.

Not really.  Just drain what you've got and refill with the good stuff. I don't recommend just adding more synthetic to the conventional you already have in there. It wouldn't hurt anything, but you wouldn't get the full value of synthetic.  You don't have to have a special filter, so just go with what you've always used there.

We do have the 10W-40 Synthetic ATV/UTV oil

But there is also the Formula 4-Stroke Power Sports Synthetic for those ATV racers who push things a little harder.

But wait!  There's Synthetic ATV/UTV Transmission & Differential Fluid too!

There's a lookup feature on the Amsoil website that helps you figure out what you need for your particular ride at:

Feel free to holler at me if you have any questions.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check

Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

I recently purchased a 2019 or 2020 (no manual) Massimo 400S Buck Series UTV.  It ran fine for a couple days but the low battery light was flashing while it drove.  It then died in the field one day and I was able to jump the battery and get it rolling enough to get back to the barn.  It started both times I turned the key for a couple days after and when driven died 10 minutes later in the driveway.  Even after jumping it had no juice, but with the key out of the ignition it kept trying to start, a quick look on the Google machine and it suggested starter solenoid or ignition switch was the culprit.  Fair enough, let's just order a replacement solenoid, right?  No way Jose....the pin connector on the UTV is a 2-pin white plastic connector and the part received is a 4 pin.  How do I swap that and make it work?  Can I even?  Where do I find correct parts in the future?

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.
