I just purchased a hisun vector 500 half tore apart. Motor runs.....so was told. My question is how many batteries does this thing need where can i purchase parts? It needs a clutch and 1 way bearing i know. The battery in it seems insufficient to turn it over properly. I know nothing about these.

If it can help you the vector 500 only need 1 batterie. But like any hisun fan, starter are an amp eater. The charging system cannot support all of that amp comsuption. Starrter and fan not enough whit the OEM batterie and the charging system.

A good small batteries upgrade is a honda civic batteries. Enough cca for the starter and fan will run less too and faster.

For parts is hisun directly

Thank you for the response. I am working on the fuel system now. He broke the nipples off the fuel pump that the lines connect to. Im trying to figure out the feed the return and vent.... The pump puts out a ton of fuel when you switch the key on.

It only takes one battery, you only use two if you are using a lot of juice for extra things like radios and a lot of lights. As for the fuel issue, I would see if you can find a OEM fuel pump, this way the line will connect properly and not give you any issues in the future.

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

I have a Bobcat 2200 Diesel (built by Club Car) with a 2-weight Team Primary Clutch I want to rebuild, possibly replace. The clutch has an annoying rattling sound at idle and appears the rollers and weights are worn and loose. When I opened it up, everything looks clean and in great shape. It's just that all the moving rollers and weights seem to have way too much play in them, possibly causing the noise. I've searched for clearance and torque specifications with no luck at all. The UTV has less than 500 hours on it.  Any ideas?

I turned off the key and then tried to start it a minute later and it would not start. I changed out the fuel filter and the injector. still nothing. if i have the injector pulled out and close to the hole the injector will spray fuel into the hole and it will run but the minute you put the injector in it will die. any idea's please
