Hello there, I have 4 T2 troopers, 2 of them start and run like Champs, 2 of them have the issue. They will crank and crank but not start. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get them going, then they will run all day long and fire up at will every time. It's just the cold start they have a problem with. Since I have 2 that run good, I have swapped every part you can think of from the fuel system to ignition system with no success. I'm pretty stumped and am looking for any advice

Without knowing what you swapped, you'll get a lot of suggestions to check things you've already done.

Leaking fuel injector could cause the issue by flooding the cylinder(s) with excess fuel.  Run the engine for about 20 minutes.  Let it sit for about 1 hour.  Remove the spark plugs to see if any are wet with fuel.  That cylinder's injector will be the problem.

This one is a stretch:  Fuel pump electrical circuit.  Turn on the ignition without cranking the engine.  Can you hear the fuel pump run for about 5 seconds?  If not, find out why.  That time is priming the fuel system to the injectors.  After the engine starts (from long cranking), a second circuit takes over supplying electrical power to the fuel pump.  If you can, check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail.  That pressure should build to about 40-50 psi from the time the ignition is turned on (before cranking the engine) through the engine start and run.

Apply a little accelerator while trying to start the engine.  If it starts fine, the throttle body needs cleaning or service.

If the intake air temperature sensor or coolant temperature sensor is faulty, that can cause hard starting.  One of them sends info to the ECU to tell it to add more fuel for starting (only if the engine is cold).

After checking these, I'd be at a loss, too.

Without more info, sounds just like our '08 trooper - turned out to be low compression. We had to pull-start it the first time, then it would start all day. When it cooled off we'd have to pull-start it again.

Hi, my 2010 Hisun will crannk but comes to a stop and only clicks.  It has new battery and solinoid. Battery connections all seem good. Any ideas what the problem is?

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

The Axis 500 will not shift into low or reverse.  I have high when it should be in low and all the other places it is reverse.  The gears in the shift cover are fine and I shifted it when the cover was off and yet no change (so it can't be the shifting mechanism gears).  I t has been difficult to get it into low for awhile.  But now it is either high or reverse, no neutral either.

I just bought a new 2024 Hison 550 Stryker 2 months ago. this is the second time I have had this issue.  It only has about 20 hours on it. The last time it happened we took it back to the dealer. it was a fuse.  Since we live three-hour time driving there and back. I would like to find another solution if possible.  I have tried all the fuses that seem to have anything to do with starting.  Currently checking the battery. The battery is new. it came with the unit. It is probably 6 months old.  the UTV has all power to everything electrical. lights turn signals and radio all work.  When trying the key to start . it is 100% dead. as in it doesn't even click.  There is a low whirring like the fuel pump is turning on though. The Unit was running and driving just fine.  we shut it down for the night. The next morning my wife found it in this condition.  Thanks for any Ideas or solutions???   Otherwise, it goes back to the dealer tomorrow. Just hope I didn't buy a lemon. Great little UTV when it does run.😅  anyone else ever have this Issue..?

I turned off the key and then tried to start it a minute later and it would not start. I changed out the fuel filter and the injector. still nothing. if i have the injector pulled out and close to the hole the injector will spray fuel into the hole and it will run but the minute you put the injector in it will die. any idea's please
