Looking at getting another sxs, I was thinking about a used 2013/2014 rzr but then starting checking out the 2018/2019 odes x4 1000 but doesn't seem to be much info on them as far as reliability or overall quality.  Any have any good/bad experience with the newer x4s?

I bought a 2018 Odes Comrade (Rhino copy). Had multiple problems with it. The big problem was the engine kept backfiring through the intake box. Not real loud, just a pop, loud enough to hear, and feel at times. The shop mechanic could not make it stop. He changed the injector, the fuel pump, adjusted timing, adjusted the valves and several heat ranges of spark plugs. He even changed the fuel electronic computer.  It would not stop. He said that on on other UTV's. you could access the electronic computer and adjust the fueling, but on the Odes, it was preset and not adjustable. Mike Smith, the Odes owner, sent a factory mechanic. He said the man would arrive with a fully stocked truck, test equipment and parts. Some yo-yo showed up in a old car, with a back pack of tools and a cardboard box of parts. He changed everything the shop mechanic already did, plus the key switch. It ran worse than ever. Odes finally refunded my purchase price., and hauled the Comrade back to Dallas. The Odes has the best warranty on the market, plus a lot of extras, but, it doesn't matter what they have or warranty, if they cannot fix it.

I do not recommend Odes, to anyone.

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

Recently bought a 2010 RTV 1100 with bad engine. a d1105T out of a toro 5400 just came available locally. Looking for info on if anybody has installed the turbo version of this engine, what challenges/ problems were encountered, how it turned out.

Looks like nobody has any insight. I will complete installation and report back as to how it went, how it works, and what's involved.

      Hi All,
New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while.
If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.
