I purchased a farm used 2007 Hisun 700 back in January 2019. early thoughts were not that great of the machine but after using it for 5 months on a pipeline project, I changed my mind. I did do some minor maintaining early on. Oil changes of the diffs and engine and a new battery, spark plug etc. Like I said, ran it for a full 5 months and it never let me down. So after the 5 months of being a work horse, I had the ball joints replaced with Yamaha Rhino ones. Plus the secondary and primary clutches. Added a voltage gauge and usb charger, added an actual temp gauge ( Cheap not working unless moving).

All in all, I haven't used it for work or play in a year since all the clutch work but after sitting all winter, it started right up and ran awesome for year old gas. I paid $2600 for it and used it for work which pays me to use it. Best investment to date. I would buy another hisun if I can get it at a good price an day of the week. If i need parts I head to the Yamaha shop and get parts.

Thx pal.... you seem to get a lot of bang for the buck. YOu go to a polaris dealer and they always say stay away from them or cfmotos.... but in doing research, people have been pretty satisfied with the hisun.

I have a 2017 cub cadet challenger 750 eps (which is a hisun with some nice trimmings and a cub cadet logo on it)

it was a great work horse on our ranch until it just wasn’t. First two years were great and then this last year it’s been in the shop more than home and cost me a fortune to fix.  It’s needed a new inner and outter clutch,  a new cvt belt, and now a new timing chain, camshaft and sprockets. The hisun engines are made with a very cheap metal on all the inside parts and the thing just wears out way too fast for a new machine with only 180 hours on it and 500 miles - and I’ve never missed an oil change or maintenance job yet still the thing has failed.  Lots of forums talk about this.  I’ll never buy another one. Make sure to run full synthetic oil in it to help protect the cheap metal parts in the engine and transmission. or better yet - just don’t get one. Trust me on this...

next time I’ll be Saving up a little longer and buying a Ranger

IF my Cub Cadet was made by Hisun I can tell you I have had to use mine to tow my wife's Polaris Ranger xp back from the woods on at least 3 occasions in the last 5 years..   Mine has been bullet proof with teenagers thrashing the hell out of it.

Is there a code reader available for the Coleman UTV 400?  I tried using the HUD ECU Hacker software and cables/adapters but no luck OBD to delphi 6 pin and KKL VAG as well as ELM327.  Will not connect.  I was able to get it to connect randomly a couple of times, but haven't been able to since.  I was able to clear and read the codes briefly.  I'm aware of the Tiny Scan 301 but it doesn't seem to be readily available.  There's a few out there but they are expensive.

hello, i need help figuring out where all these wires go on this battery. I can't seem to find any pictures diagrams. As to what should or shouldn't be attached and where these two plugs go, that aren't plugged in. this was got as a project. would run then die and battery would have to be jumped off to start again stator has now been replaced but any help with this wiring would be appreciated.

I'm working with a 2015 MSU-500.  Basic symptoms are it cranks well, but will not fire.  It has spark, and it has fuel spraying out of the injector (and spraying starting fluid into the throttle body and plug hole makes no difference).  It has compression.  I bought it not running, and no other information was available.  It has 775 miles on it and 127 hours.  It looks to be in very good shape.   Previous owner replaced fuel pump, ECU, coil, plug, and the fuse/relay box that mounts on the firewall, then gave up.
My questions relate to cam/valve timing, considering the symptoms and diagnostics so far.  My thinking was the woodruff key sheared off and the crank spun, making it out of time.  My question is, by the pictures attached does anyone have an opinion as to the cam/valve timing being correct?  In the crankshaft picture you can see a timing mark visible.  In the camshaft picture I have arrows directed towards what I think are timing marks (which appear to be exactly 180 degrees from one another).  However, the long arrow in what appears to be bolt configuration in line with the piston/rod line.  Here is a puzzling note... in the position you see in the pictures... I have valve lash on both the intake and exhaust.  I think it's at TDC, given the visible crank timing mark and valve lash on both valves.
Any thoughts ?  Does this appear to be in proper valve time ?  Have I missed anything simple ?  Thanks in advance for your input.

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.

My wife accidentally ran the Axis 500 into a fence and tore the front end up (broke her arm too). Just wondering where the best place to get front end parts? I know she busted the knuckle but haven’t jacked it up yet. Thanks guys for any help!
