T-boss 410

Radiator petcock

Recommended Posts

I have a 2019 T-Boss 410 that I am about to change the thermostat and the fan switch on. In order to do this, I obviously will have to drain the coolant. Is there a petcock on drain plug somewhere in the cooling system that is for draining, or do I need to remove a hose to accomplish this? I am hoping that it can be done via some type of drain.

Thanks!

Hello. I have a 2017 Massimo 700-5. I have recently had the head gasket replaced with the head and base machines, all gaskets, valve seals, piston rings and a coolant flush. I drove it for about a total of two hours at different times and days and now the coolant is not reaching the head when it is running. I have tried to bleed it by jacking up the front end using the top screw in the water pump screw and get all the air out. After I run it for a few minutes the coolant get stuck in the radiator and it won’t circulate back to the head as it should.  Has anyone run into this? I’m not sure if there’s air in the system or the water pump does not work?

Just finished up. Glad I did, too. There was a tiny amount of residue in the screen, but basically it was very clean. However, the oil was black, which kinda surprised me since the UTV only has 14.6 hours on it. I hope it's not a bad sign. This was a demonstrator model, so maybe that's why it looked so dark? I don't know what quality of oil is used by the manufacturer, either.

I just bought a 2019 Odes Ravager 1000.  I took it in for a check up at my local offroad shop.  They changed oil and oil filter.  There's a leak around the end cap.  Has anyone had this same problem?

      I just purchased a new 2019 Massimo T-Boss 410 March 2020. I haven't figured out how to unlock the differential?  There isn't a switch?
