Thanks man!! I really appreciate it!!

I recommend the Ultimax UXP446 for all my clutch kits and dimension wise it is the same as the XTX2236 or 30C3750.

If you have the 800 you will need to re-shim the secondary as even in oem form they are a little slack on belt deflection.

I ordered the Gates that you mentioned and it is way too long, like a couple inches.

You sure? Check the number again that is actually on the belt.

I can't read the # on the belt other than its a Bando belt. I ordered the Gates with the # you provided and it slides right over the clutches without even expanding the secondary. Comparison to the old one is about 2 inches shorter than the new one.

If you have a Bando belt that is NOT a Gates, Someone crossed it over and it doesn't match so you need to talk to whomever you purchased it from.

You do NOT have a Gates belt.

oh ok you were giving me the oem belt not the one you got. If the 30g3750 is too long then your secondary clutch is stuck open. Show me a pic of the clutches.

The belt number I posted is the exact replacement for that clutch setup, Now what you got I don't know.

Does it say 30G3750 on the new belt?

Yes. Maybe that's what my problem has been, when decelerating it bucks hard. Maybe that belt is too small?

Shoot me a pic with the new belt on there. You can adjust the secondary for belt width. Don't know if you had done that or not when you switched over.

There is a one way bearing on the primary for engine braking purposes.

I already sent the belt back, I will have to reorder it and give that a try. Will message when the new belt arrives. Thank you.

What year and model is your machine as those clutches did not come on the 2015's?

So thinking of replacing the secondary clutch as it seems to be sticking a bit when the expander bolt is removed, have to tap it a bit before it will close. When trying to order they all say for 2014 - 2021, will these fit a 2013? Should I replace just the secondary or should I do both? Machine has 1000 KM on it so about 600 miles but was used mostly for plowing snow.

Just get the parts to fix the binding issue? Bushings and white spider piece in there. No wet lube, Dry film only.

So I got the new belt, it was the correct one this time, they must have put the wrong one in the box the first time. So I got the new clutches in but they are completely different than the ones on the machine. Have you ever seen this style that was on this machine and if so how do I get the inner part of the clutch out?

Decided to try to put the primary on just to see and it won't even fit on the shaft, shaft is too big.

Yeah you got the CV Tech setup which needs different bolts and a different spacer between the driven and gearbox.

The original is the CanAm clone clutch setup.

I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).

Does anyone know of a bypass switch or controller. They make one for Polaris which installs into the harness that makes the ECU think it’s hooked up in normal position allowing vehicle to operate normally as if you are wearing seatbelt.

Just bought a brand new 2022 (NOS) Sector E1 with Lithium upgrade. (Single 135ah/200amp continuous). I've climbed a moderate hill in my woods probably 20 times since buying it. Today It won't climb it unless I am in Low. In High it almost makes it and then completely dies and I have to roll back down the hill. In Mid range (Max Range) I can't get 2 feet up the hill and the power output in only 100 amps, I have climbed this hill in every speed before many times. I put it on the trailer tonight and it wouldn't even get on the dang trailer in mid range. Torque is gone. That being said, when I am just cruising around in Midrange, it runs absolutely perfect with plenty of power. The only thing I did was charge it up, that is all. I charged to 100% using the charger that came with the battery. Before you think the BMS is shutting down due to overcharge protection, remember I am going UP hill so there is no regeneration AND I have done it before at 100% charge AND another big problem is that after 1 mile it is already down to 85% so it's not over charging and why is the battery draining so fast when I got 27 miles before. Battery output is fine in Low it pulls 200 amp up the hill just like normal so that doesn't point to the battery being the issue. All the individual cells on the battery are in line, so there is no dead cell either. I am tech savvy but to toward electric motors and I tried to cover all my bases. Please don't tell me basics like torque is reduced in High and Mid. The only thing I can think of is that I smelled something when I took my first drive today and I thought it was the Ebrake dragging but there was the correct amount of play in the cable and I jacked up the rear wheels and they spin freely. maybe something burned out in the motor, I do not knowm still runs great, we'll see if I have any trouble on the hills at the lake house this weekend. Maybe this is "Normal" and the settings were off before and was giving equal torque for whatever reason instead of 50% in Mid and 70% in High like the manual says....
For reference....this is it not even able to get on the trailer in mid range

The steering shaft is slipping,I checked it's tight as the bolt will take at the u-joint.. Is there a slot or something it may have jumped? This is right after the shaft enters the area under the hood.Thanks.
