I have a 2012 Coleman (hisun) hs700. The cooling fan quit working. I replaced the water temp sensor/ radiator fan switch located towards the bottom of the radiator. That did not cure the problem. I also put 12v directly to the fan to make sure the fan was still good. I then took the harness off the new temp sensor and shorted it to turn on the fan and nothing. Is there something else in line I should look at? I also found the sensor at the motor and jumpered through it. Still did not work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I am assuming that you had the key on when you jumped the thermoswitch plug. On my Massimo there is a fuse/relay box under the hood. Not sure where it would be located on your machine, but there is where you will find the fuse and/or the relay for the fan.

Did the fan run when supplied with direct voltage?

Thanks for replying. Yes I did have the key switch on when I jumped the thermostat. And the fan did run when I applied 12v. I also have a fuse box under the hood and tested all of them.

Have you fixed your problem yet? I'm having the same (or similar) issue with a 2012 Bennche Bighorn 700 (Hisun 700).  Cooling fan works when voltage is directly applied. Temp switch works fine, and when jumpered there is voltage to the cooling fan plug.  As soon as I plug in the fan, the voltage is GONE.  I'd love to find a wiring diagram.

I’m getting a 700-7 every startup. I’m having to change the plug every 100 miles on 93 octane gas. I got a lower numbered plug that is supposed to burn hotter. I’m wondering why that comes up every time I start it and if it’s related? I included a picture of the code or whatever it is. I haven’t seen the code in the owners manual or the hisun shop manual I have.

I turned off the key and then tried to start it a minute later and it would not start. I changed out the fuel filter and the injector. still nothing. if i have the injector pulled out and close to the hole the injector will spray fuel into the hole and it will run but the minute you put the injector in it will die. any idea's please
