I don't have the extra money to spend for the factory top.$499.00 can buy a few other needed parts. And I enjoy making this kinda stuff anyway. Made a top out of some vinyl  I had left over from a project 35 years ago. I got some eyelets from Harbor freight for $4.00 and a can of spray glue from parts store for $22.00 and a assortment of small bungie from Harbor Freight. I left the mounts for the factory top intact just incase I get one it go back into place. I also put a Super ATV windshield on flip out .I have to say well worth the money spent. The fit was perfect and very easy to install.

Grandkids get to help when ever they're around maybe they will remember what they learned to maybe down th road.I enjoy showing them how to do whatever we're working on.

Pretty much this thing is treated like a budget build.for the most part.

Thanks for the kind words.

Next thing is to modifications to front Aarm moving forward the 30" hit the floor board when turning sharp.

I think this part is causing a high idle problem(4000 rpm at start up) in my 04 R4 Joyner. I took it out and cleaned it and the problem went away. I just went out to start my SXS and it's idle jumped up to 4 grand again. Can someone tell me what this part is called so I can search for a new one. Or can you point me towards a source.
      Thanks in advance.

So I'm interested in a side by side of some sort.
Not sure what make/model to even look at.

I would plan on riding on trails with very rough rocky terrain and plenty of mud. Maybe sand once in a long while. I like LOTS of power and drive fast, but also like a trail that is a challenge to get through. I think 4x4 would be a must. I like the idea of a supercharged engine, but I have never owned one, and would be a little concerned about long term reliability or expensive difficult engine repairs. If anyone knows quads, my favorite was the 2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS. For dirt bikes, I raced a 2008 KTM 450 SX-F. So that gives you an idea of what type of off road stuff I liked.
I don't like "utility quads" or "trail bikes". And likewise, I dont want a turd UTV. I want something that looks awesome and performs awesome. 2 seater with some cargo capacity at the minimum.

      Thoughts?

      Greetings All,
I'm looking for the most effective way to quiet the noise inside the cab. The cab virtually sits atop the 24hp diesel engine. It's very loud and so I'm looking for ways to make inside the cab quieter.

I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
                                    Thank You,
                                  D Maynard
