Does any of you utv enthusiast own a "hybrid " model. I have researched for hours and the only true hybrid I could find has been discontinued since 2016. It was made by American Landmaster. I know there are a few companies that have hybrids but the gas motor on them is only a generator to keep the electric running. The Landmaster hybrid actually had a Subaru Gas engine and an electric motor as well. The electric ran the front axle and tires and the gas would run the back. To me this sounds like the perfect match but American Landmaster said they did not sell many so they discontinued them. You had a choice to run all gas, all electric, or both. The nice thing is when you ran the gas it would charge the batteries as well. I lease some hunting land and I think this combo would be excellent for me. I could run the gas to do food plots, put up and maintain stands or any other "off season" projects. During hunting season I could use the electric for a little more silent ride. What do you guys (and gals) think? Does anyone have one? Do you know of anyone? All and info positive or negative would be appreciated! Thanks in advance - Scott

Main thing to consider is if you were to find a machine that fits your needs (electric/gas powered) i would not buy it unless it is from a reputable brand, and WHEN it breaks down, you know you can find the parts  to fix it.  and to be honest, the more electricity there is on the machine, the more problems can occur. Maybe i'm just old fashioned, but that's the way i see it, i'll take mechanical over electric any day of the week.

I agree with Travis. "Hybrid" to me means "two" primary  systems to fail--not just one.

If electric vehicles made sense Baker Electric would not have failed in 1916 The only fundamental difference between a Baker and a Telsa is battery technology.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

Why is there 2 different length keys for my tboss 1000?

I recently purchased a 2019 or 2020 (no manual) Massimo 400S Buck Series UTV.  It ran fine for a couple days but the low battery light was flashing while it drove.  It then died in the field one day and I was able to jump the battery and get it rolling enough to get back to the barn.  It started both times I turned the key for a couple days after and when driven died 10 minutes later in the driveway.  Even after jumping it had no juice, but with the key out of the ignition it kept trying to start, a quick look on the Google machine and it suggested starter solenoid or ignition switch was the culprit.  Fair enough, let's just order a replacement solenoid, right?  No way Jose....the pin connector on the UTV is a 2-pin white plastic connector and the part received is a 4 pin.  How do I swap that and make it work?  Can I even?  Where do I find correct parts in the future?
