New owner of a 2025 Bighorn Timberland 450LX. Looking for a link for a service manual for it.
Not having any issues, but I like to have them on hand for my equipment.
I have the factory service manual available for the Buck 400. Just send me a message with your email and I'll get it to you. Although there is no charge for this, it would be great if you would visit my website where you could donate any amount to help do things like this with others who need it. Again, there is no charge for this manual, and no obligation to donate. But if you did, I would thank you for sure. Have fun on the trails. www.warriorsoffroad.com

Axis E1 UTV Owners Manual
Axis E1 is a 48V all electric UTV. It is a rebranded Hisun Sector E1 and is mechanically the same except for some cosmetic differences.

So on this 2005 Joyner 800, the transmission doesn't shift very well. Doesn't really like to go into gears very easily. Not because the shifter wont move into the gear, but because the gears are hard to find. Reverse is the worst. Sometimes it wont go into reverse, and just wants to go into 4th instead. Also, if you stall the engine, and then put it into reverse - the engine wont turn over while it in reverse. It just clicks as thought the trans is locked up. So you take it out of reverse and then it will start and then you can push it back into reverse while its running. I'm thinking that there are worn bearings in the trans.
Thoughts?
How do I verify the worn bearings, and then how do I fix it? I don't want to just start taking things apart without knowing what I'm after.
Thanks.
