It has done this since day one that we purchased it from Tractor Supply. I contacted the service man that Tractor Supply recommended and he told us that there wasn't anything he do to help us with. Has anyone had this same problem and can offer suggestion on to correct this issue ? It would be greatly appreciated.

I do have a couple of suggestions, first always allow the engine to idle below 2000RPM, if it won't do that adjust the idle down to around 1800 RPMS, If that still don't work keep your foot on the brake peddle and kill the engine, then with your foot still on the brake shift into the gear you need and hit the starter, my 400 Buck will then start.

I also purchased a 2021 Massimo 450 Buck, have not had any issues until a couple months ago, when I shift to low range and then attempt to shift into reverse or shift to high it is grinding and doesn't want to go into reverse or high. I looked at the shifter cables and there are two of them thinking that I need to adjust the shift cable but not sure which way to go or which cable is the problem.

See, thats the big problem with Massimo..  shops refuse to work on them because Massimo wont honor warranty and pay repair claims.. 3 shops here started out as  Manufacturer authorized shops.. now NONE will work on them because they NEVER GET PAID by Massimo..........One will work on them but only if you pay cash in advance because parts take months to arrive . Massimo is a horrible rip off company in Dallas TX.. When I tried to make them pay for repairs, It broke on its FIRST DAY in its first mile!!!     the Rep told me.... " NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!"   seriously, that what he said to me on phone .. They suck

not recently......when i bought our mule in 2015 it was pretty pricey...........then add on accessories.........but if you saved several thousand to purchase an off brand, and it implodes in a short period of time, with no one to support it or fix it, are you really saving money......believe me,, i understand about spending the extra $$............. when i told my spouse how much i was spending on the mule, with blade, winch, cab enclosure, i got the "look".............

Its true Massimo is a horrible company, BUT His implosion is not a common issue.. Its the first I have heard of.  Not everyone can go out and drop $20K  on a new toy.  ..........After working all the    "bugs" out of mine, it has been running very well for more than a year .. and it's used every weekend .

glad you have good luck with yours Joe..........i know a lot of folks on this site like the utv's that are meant for off road fun,  that go fast......my mule is used around the house for work related stuff, so speed isn't that important............and the prices must have gone up significantly since i got mine in 2015, i didn't pay anywhere near 20 grand, including cab enclosure, winch and plow..........

The prices are insane now when you start adding optional equip..   Mine is no speed demon by any means  my friends smoke me on top speeds ............, it will do 42mph on level ground with a good running start but it does VERY WELL in deep mud uphill in 4WD Lock.  .. I have friends with "premium " brands that ride with me sometimes and twice I have pulled them out of a big mudhole that I just went thru successfully.  and by pulled, I dont mean with my winch.

I wish I knew what happened. After I shifted it into gear it started making a different noise and died. I got out and looked underneath it and found that! Barely a year old.

I would think that the part that blew up would be all that is bad, looks like it showed you where the problem is

Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks

Recently I had an overheating issue on my 2022 Coleman Outfitter 550 (Hisun UT550) and to check to make sure it was fixed I took it out for a ride around the block. After a couple cycles on the LED coolant meter, I took it for a couple mile ride and on my way back I heard a loud metallic snap then a grinding noise. It was still able to move under its own power but very slowly. I was about 2 blocks from the truck so 'I limped it home and up onto the trailer. I know I need to tear it apart and look for what broke, but anyone have a guess as to where to start? I'm seriously getting tired of this damn machine! 750 miles on it and already replaced the belt, wet clutch, primary clutch, clutch roller weights among a few other things. Seriously, this friggin machine has spent more time on the lift than on the road. I thought I bought this new because it was from the owner of a tractor supply, but he registered it under the stores name making me the 2nd owner voiding any and all warranties.
Any Ideas what to look for would be appreciated.
      Thanks

      Hi
i have a 2019 Coleman 550 Outfitter.  The tail gate has a pin on each side, that snaps into latch blocks that are mounted on the inside of the tail gate opening.  There are two M6x16 pan head screws(bolts?) that hold the latch blocks in place.  The screws enter from inside the bed body, and I can’t figure out how to access them.  This is right by the tail light assemblies.  I tried taking a pan head screw out of the fender lip, but found out there is not a nut firmly inplace, to hold the pan head screw in.  Bottom line I’m making it worse.
coleman was no help.  If I could figure out how they attached the tail light, then maybe I could put the latch screws in through the tail light hole.  Any ideas?

      thanks

I have a 2020 axis 500 and I have replaced the TPS twice and the whole throttle body assembly once and still have code 122. I can barely drive the thing. It bucks and surges like crazy

When we first heard the noise, we immediately stopped driving it...at first we thought it might be a linkage issue, but after further inspection looks like the sound/jolting is coming from the rear diff. Took a video below...
Anyone know what is creating the diff to skip/jump like this? We drained the diff oil and didn't look terrible, no metal.
Other info that may be useful:
      1400 miles on it
      Recently tightened the E brake
P.s. never posted on this forum before, let me know if the video does not work
