It's still under Kawasaki's Three year warranty. let the dealer look at, no need to risk voiding your warranty by messing with it, as dealerships can be picky about that.

i always advise people, if it's under warranty, and there is an issue. let the dealer look at it. and fix it.

Same issue here.

Did you find out from the dealer what it was ?

I notice it's not the throttle cable. It's related to these to links.

If I pull either one back slightly it sorts itself out

What is that box?

The throttle cable is the one with rubber boot, is this an advance? Wondering if is a little lubricant spray might help...

I had a few of these do this and Sometimes depending on the hours the throttle plates don’t close properly due to buildup in the throttle body bore and sometimes pulling it off and clean the bores solves the issue . You would think by it not closing the idle would hang  but it doesn’t it due to the sensors giving false info to the  Ecu . There also may be an update kit to help with this I don’t remember. Like the previous reply , if it’s under warranty take it in . They can also run the vin and see if it has other needs.

Hey guys! Newbie here. I'm an old man who's better with plowing a mule (4-legged kind) than these newfangled beasts. I, and a friend of mine, just bought new Coleman sxs and are having to finish the assembly. I've been reading on this site and I'm falling on the mercy of you experts. The only way I'm an expert is that an "ex" is a has been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure. LOL First off, the 2 buggies have no ignition switches. They seem to mount on the dash, not the opening in the steering wheel shaft cover, so we ordered new ones that are supposed to fit. They are 8 inches long, and have a 4-wired white plugin which is slightly rectangled when looking at the end of the plug. The trouble is there's nothing to plug into. There is a three-wire grey plug close enough to reach the four-wire plug, but of course, they are not compatible.
Secondly, the blinker, light, ect. unit on steering wheel just spins around when touched. I see no way in heaven or earth to secure it. I've looked at a diagram on the Powersports site, but can't detect how it mounted. Fellows I'd be so grateful for any help with this. Me and my mule will even plow your garden for free, for your help. LOL

Can anyone tell me how they grease the drivelines ?  Can’t grease the u joints. Do you need to take the driveline off ?
And are they easy to take off?

      Hello friends,
I got my ODES Ravager UTV yesterday and after a couple of hours of driving when I go downhill I heard a strange loud noise a couple of times, like a gear skipping or maybe something from the differential.
It doesn't always happen and when it does it is heard for a few seconds and then it goes away and everything works normally, I'm worried if there could be some major malfunction or what could be the problem if someone can help me?
      Thanks a lot.
