Help please! Had problems with my Hisun 700 not wanting to start.  Found that the fuel pump was not working. After doing some checking on the wiring to the fuel pump found that the ground was not working. Spliced a ground wire into the wiring harness and attached to the frame BAM fuel pump worked. UTV started and runs great. Since then have found that the 4x4 and rear differential lock is not working. Could all this be a problem with the relay panel or possible computer (or whatever it is called)? Relays are all saudered in so the whole panel will need to be replaced if so. I'm really stumped and don't want to replace more than what is needed. Thank you for any information

im having similar issues did you ever figure out the problem???? the relay controls the ground (and turns the pump on/off) but the ECU controls the relay. I cannot find any information on the ecu or how to figure out if this is the problem

A relay has one wire going to a battery that can pull large amps. Then it has a smaller wire that goes to usually a key switch or some other type of switch that pulls small amps positive wire. And a wire to a ground negative wire.

In the relay, when the small positive wire gets power. It complete the circuit along with the negative wire and forms a electrical magnet that pulls a bar. One side of the bar is connected to the big amp wire. The other side of the bar is going to a fuel pump or 4x4 acturactor or lights or.......whatever.  That would be the positive side of whatever device is being powered or activated. The other side of the device would still need a negative wire going to it. Either from the battery ground or frame ground. There should be a ground point or ring somewhere that has a lot of wires coming out.

 

If the switch that turns on say the lights or 4x4 acturactor supplied all the power needed by the device. It would be very big in order to handle the amps needed by the device. With a relay. A switch can be small. And use small amperage to activate the magnet in the relay. The relay handles the big amperage. 

 

Hope this helps explain a little about the relay.

      I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.
       
      I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.
       
      I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.
       
      I am at a loss, please help!

      I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

      "Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
      So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
      AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

      2022 Coleman 400 with 13 hours on the engine and the mice got to it. Every wire coming out of the steering column in one cluster has been eaten through. I tried reconnecting matching wire colors to each other and I get the left turn signal and hazards to work, nothing else. If I play around a bit I can get the horn to honk or headlights to come on but only when I connect them to the brown wire. Obviously I don't know what I am doing here. Does anyone have a picture of how these wires are connected when they are under the hood on the drivers side coming from the steering column?
      Gray - seems to carry power
      Brown - left turn signal
      Green with purple stripe - hazards?
      Pink with red stripe - horn?
      Green - head lights?
      Yellow - head lights?
      Yellow with red stripe?
      Blue?
      Dark green?
      There is also a bundle hanging under the hood not connected to anything green with yellow strip, brown and blue?
      Other than that issue, I am about ready to sell this for parts if you interested let me know.

      Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it. 
      Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming. 
      Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light. 
      Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
