Hello,

I am attempting to do some maintenance on my late fathers Massimo MSU 400 that he bought back in 2015. It has had numerous issues over the years and needless to say it is by far the most unreliable thing on 4 wheels that I have ever experienced in my life. That being said I would like to change the oil on it, and I cannot find an oil filter that cross references the stock filter number that will work. So far I have tried a Napa/wix 1394 that cross referenced to the Fram 4967 that was shown as the original cross reference.
Both filters will immediately start to leak oil as soon as the machine is started up. I do have an actual Massimo filter ordered from Amazon which is 15200-F12-0000 and that one has no cross reference to be found.

Does anyone know any filter brand and number that will work on this engine other than the stock filter? I don’t want to continue buying filters only to have them not work and waste more oil in the process.

Since Massimo is made by Hisun, just like my Axis. I was able to use a hiflofiltro hf682 oil filter from Amazon. I bought a 4 pack for my cfmoto. Tried it on my 2022 Axis 500 and it worked perfectly. From my understanding all Hisun engines uses the same oil filter. OR if you have to have one ASAP. You could go to Lowes and pick up one for a Axis. At least my Lowes carries the oil filters for the Axis now since they started selling them.

From what I've seen from posts on this site about someone wanting to know what filter to use. When I did a search on this site.

The hiflofiltor hf682 filter is concave further with the center hole you use to screw the oil filter on with is a further IN the filter than standard filters are.

If this filter will work for his massimo I don't know. I know it works great for the axis 500. And since hisum makes I'm assuming it will.

The gasket or o-ring is rounded. But I think the key is the concave. Maybe both concave and rounded gasket.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

I just purchased a 2023 Honda Pioneer a couple of weeks ago and had the hard roof and a front Honda Pioneer windshield installed at the shop before taking ownership. As things are drying up here in NC, the grass and dust are beginning to fly right through the back of the cab while driving. I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations on rear windshields, dust panels, or mesh screens to help stop this?
      Thanks a lot!

I have an 850. It’s been overheating. The electric fan is not kicking on. I see the temperature switch going into the radiator, but there’s no wire plugging in to it or none to be found in the area. i’m thinking I might’ve hooked on a branch and it ripped out the harness on that part. Does anybody have a picture or no where that plugs into on the harness? On the top of the firewall, I did notice some plugs that have nothing plugged into it. I was wondering if it’s a harness that goes from there down to the radiator that was pulled off

Hi, I purchased a used Cub Cadet 750 Challenger that seemed like the belt was slipping so I put a new belt in.  It still acts like the belt is slipping but now I am thinking it is the clutch?
What is the best way to remedy this problem?
      Can the clutch be rebuilt?
      Are there aftermarket clutches available?

2022 Coleman 400 with 13 hours on the engine and the mice got to it. Every wire coming out of the steering column in one cluster has been eaten through. I tried reconnecting matching wire colors to each other and I get the left turn signal and hazards to work, nothing else. If I play around a bit I can get the horn to honk or headlights to come on but only when I connect them to the brown wire. Obviously I don't know what I am doing here. Does anyone have a picture of how these wires are connected when they are under the hood on the drivers side coming from the steering column?
Gray - seems to carry power
      Brown - left turn signal
Green with purple stripe - hazards?
Pink with red stripe - horn?
      Green - head lights?
      Yellow - head lights?
      Yellow with red stripe?
      Blue?
      Dark green?
There is also a bundle hanging under the hood not connected to anything green with yellow strip, brown and blue?
Other than that issue, I am about ready to sell this for parts if you interested let me know.
      Thanks
