Runs fine just putting around the yard. Get it out on the road and about a half miles it runs out of gas. Let it idle for a few minutes and it will run for another half mile and do it again. Replaced both fuel pumps and filter. Does anyone know if I can get rid of the factory fuel pump?
I going from a Yama Rhino and bought a 2026 Ranger 1000XP. I was riding and lost all steering. The steering wheel just spins freely. I have one other video of this happing but has anyone else experienced this.
I got the fronts adjusted. I'm trying to raise the ride height in the rear, but my spanner wrench keeps slipping. Is there an easier better way? It's like there's too much pressure working against me to be able to twist the height adjusters. How can I relieve that tension to make them easier to turn?
Yeah, from that document I did the figure 3 balanced charging as opposed to the figure 3 "perfectly" balanced charging. While conceptually I get that the "perfectly" is a little better, it is also more complicated to set up since you have to work out the resistances of the cable runs and any connections. In this case just balanced charging is good enough. Another thing to keep in mind is that it's a bigger issue with "dumb" lead-acid batteries. Each of the new LiFePO4 batteries has their own smart BMS to help manage balances, plus parallel in general helps balance out batteries vs the serial setup Hisun used with the awful Discover 6V batteries. I did use equal length brand new 1/0 AWG cables for my connections except for re-using the two final cables that connected to the motor controller.
