  1. Ya I hear ya my tires say max 35 so I went with 40 on the first inflate they were almost a 31 and even with about 10lbs of air its 29" and change so im happy with them let me know how you like those tires my brother was thionking about getting some for his rzr

  2. Hey my tread depth is about 2 3/4 when they were brand new slightly less than that now if that helps any. Also I dont kbnow if I mentioned it before to you but when you mount the tires blow them up to 40-50 psi try to let them sit for 24 like that It will stretch the molicules in the rubber make the tire a little softer and when you run the real low pressure it will grab the terrian better. I did it with mine left them at 40 psi for 2 days I run 8-10lbs in front and 10-15 in rear depending on were I go and how much stuff I got with me.

  3. I agree with you Lenny reading ot again they do have external resivors you can add to them. Im gonna play around with the oil volume as well once I have my own Nitro set -up. I believe the rear is now close to perfect and I just wanna fine tune the front lol.

  4. Hey no I havnt felt any real heat on the rear and I have a lot more wieght in back the from we all know this is true with the t2. If your gonna do all sway away you need the 2.5 that's what I wish I had done fox is good bug I just feel like the sway away is a good fit for the t2. Don't get me wrong I think I will be perfect in a couple weeks when I finish tuning even with the fox in front. Another company you can check out is radflo there air shocks are very nice friend of mine is using them on there rock rig very nice I think they are about 230 ea if I remember for the 2.0 and 330 for 2.5 hold this helps

  5. I dont have a hitch reciever in front I had a foctory winch up front behind the plastic peice and the new winch came with a new winch plate bolted that down and added couple tac welds that is if you asking me I think theres a pic in my gallery

  6. Hey I can help factory winch sucks especially if u get real stuck if cant do it!!! I got a champion 4800lb winch from this place called tractor supply. It was 225$ I think with year warranty came with remote with built in solenoid I used factory cables that were prewired on my t2 disconnected factory switch! The winch has a real easy to use free spool lever and came with a pull sash and roller fair leads to keep cable straight while winching. The winch all the way out wich is 40-50 feet with 5 wraps around the barrel is rated for 2500lbs. It's a little over kill but I love it and it works easy and awsome

Yes I have felt the shock bodies the rears wich are the sway away 2.5 dont really get warm at all so far. Last weekend when i went out on the cranberry bogs and powerlines were there was a ton of whoops like dirt bike style whoops the front 2.0 fox felt a little warm not hot but warm checked with fox and they said that is normal if it was uncomfortable for you to hold the shock body then thats bad that hasnt happend yet. all in all Im really happy with it just gonna continue to tune the fronts lol if I can help or you got questions just ask

  8. All right another tide report. Left the rear shocks alone charged front to 400psi ride hieght is really good now! Got out on the trails I love today rocks hills mud so on and some open areas. In some situations the front shocks seems a big stiff like loose rocks or heavily rooted trails at 2-3gear but in drop offs and slow off camber riding seemed pretty good! So I think what I might do is shoot for 350-370 in the front and couple more cc oil . After I get my nitrogen set up wich will be a while lol. I'm leaving the rear alone I feel like its close to perfect takes all my wait and gear. If any one has a nitro regulator laying around let me know need it to have 450 on the outgoing side

  9. Hey guys I have the fuel controller from sb I have had it for a whole now. I spoke with the tech department st ejk I believe it is the company that actually made the controller. I asked what should the set up be he told me if your running a snorkel and factory exhaust wich a lot of us are that to leave the programmer at the factory setting. He said with a wide band ad sensor precat converter and the post o2 disconnected you want 13.5 area at idle and low speeds 12.8 when you getting on it he said that will be best power for those mods and safest fuel economy will suffer lol. Just figured this would help also they recommended aem or innovations for the wide band af sensor

  10. The rear feels pretty good not quite at soft as the fox but the rear fox shocks were not strong enough. Im gonna get it out on the harder trails the I like to ride and see how it feels be fore I adjust anymore. Like I said kinda took it easy over the weekend just to get a feel for it and no matter what I wanna keep the rear diff 13-13.5 inches off the ground hope this helps

  11. Hey guys started a new thread. Took the buggy out again with the new rear air shocks! Ride was great!!! I really thought it was gonna be to stiff but I was surprised don't get me wrong tonite was just an easy night out mostly fire roads cranberry bog roads and yes some whoops! I was able to bring all the stuff I like to bring and my friends small cooler still had 14" under rear diff loaded. I have the rears set at on my gauge 350psi SwayAway said they were charged at 500 but my gauge said 424 when I got them no big deal. I drove at speeds from 10-40 mph tonite felt pretty good there is some body roll at the higher speeds! Now that the back is set up better I will be stiffing the front to about 400 psi ! Hope to get out on the tougher trails in the next few days see how it feels on the rocky trails with roots and hills and mud! I'll keep updating all of you as of now I am pretty dam happy just wanna stiffn the front up little rides so much better than stock and to think when I got the t2 I thought it had a great suspension lol

  12. haha lol

I hear ya you can still do high speeds with them but if its done over and over or If you run them all day at 50 or so over the whoops you take a chance on overheating them thats what I was told. To fix that you have to change the oil in them and replpace any needed seals that may have let go. The rear shock I have installed are the same ones some of the guys in KING OF THE HAMMERS run on there buggies and they hold up well. I work with a guy that has a full size crawler and he and his buddies all run the air shock and beat the hell out of there rigs fast and slow speeds and all have had good luck

No coils at all full air shocks with internal bump springs. these rear air shocks are rated for 1500lbs sprung wieght per corner, I already let out 60psi sitting at 14.25" under rear diff gonna drive it this weekend. front is 2.0 fox air shock. I know powersliding there will be a lot of body roll pending on my final tune but I dont do that, and I know that if I ran at 50 over woops all day i could over heat them but thats not my style. I do a lot of lower speed 20mph, and i want this thing to flex over obstacles instead of bouncing lol. Hopefully I will have a ride updaye after the weekend
