  8. Hey anyone have a rzr 570 if so how is it holding up how are you riding it any issues?
  9. Thanx for the reply Jeff and silver bullet guess I'll be pulling mine apart and ordering what I need to get it done. One thing I love about the trooper is you don't see any of them on the trails here I just wish I had some guys like you all around to help me wrench
  10. Well 2015 troopers huh that gives me some hope. Such a love hate relationship with them. Jeff why did you decide to go for another trooper why not something different something there is more support for
  11. You can use the boots from a 97-2004 Subaru inner axle boot they are cheap and fit a little tighter I have two on my trooper for yrs now. Can't help you with the wiring. As far as a top goes I used a piece of 3/4 plywood sealed it and painted it cost 30$. Welcome and congrats
  12. A new trooper kinarfi??? What are you gonna do with your old and and what is new like a 2014 or 2015
  13. Dan it's the diff errrr hey who's running silver bullets now I called and it was Rick but I see someone namedatt has been responding here
  14. I also thought could be the diff but that has been rebuilt and the fluid looks pretty good
  15. Help I know I read on here some were that people drilled there spindles the put bigger bolts in to keep the ball joint stud tighter I can't find the post on what exactly was done and what size bolt was used?? I have been trying to figure this noise out in my front end that's heard mostly when turning and turning left. I have new bearing and ball joints but I did notice that were the balljoints stud goes in after the bolt is threw it I have players not the ball joint it's the stud moving in the spindle and its looser on the right side. Please help Charlie
  16. I was playing around with ideas lol I guess that would be possible lowering the diff but my fab skills are not so great. I got to get the front diff open first and find why I have a knocking sound heard most when turning left
  17. I have two automotive scan tools neither worked I talk to silver bullet and no limit Powersports and was told it's a cherry automotive specific tool you need and if I remember mine is right near the fuse box and even behind driver seat
  18. Why couldn't we have axles made with those joints u sent the link to lol. I guess the sky's the limit but u also have to accept what u have make it the best with in reason or move on
  19. There's never an easy idea I was just playing with thoughts in my head and I have been thinking all morning u think it's possible that noise could be a beating I did replace both bearing and all balljoints and I don't remember this noise when I started doesn't mean it's not poor timing. I'm gonna borrow a set of chassis ears tomorrow and put them on the front and see what happens. Man I miss wheeling havnt been in so long now
  20. Ya figured the wider stance in rear and front with the arms but with that being said if the axle shafts were longer wouldn't that help how do the axle cv work on all these other machines???? It's gotta be close to the same and I look at my brothers rzr 570 and the trooper shafts are defiantly thicker?? The noise is defiantly in the diff I narrowed that down checked everything in the front the one day I had to work on it I couldn't get the d/s cv off the diff then it started to poor rain and with end of summer and my kids hockey schedule I havnt got back into it yet sux ass lol
  21. I'm hoping somone can help answer this for me. We have all seen the large lift kits on rzr wildcat rhino. We all know there is no lift for the trooper as of yet. I run 30" on mine why go bigger right? Here's the thing what makes our axles so different or why can't they be adapted to handle a lift like all the other side by sides. I know larger tires on our machines may require more power but that's not what I am thinking I'm just thinking more ground clearance and more wheel travel and it seems that the number one concern is the axles so what makes all the others different and why can't we??? I have spoken to two companies about a lift one possibly a portal box style and the other a possible bolt on 2-3" lift both companies were concerned about axle degrees. Any insight would help at this point it's a day dream
  22. Ya that's a little different than mine have u looked at the terminal for the turn signals them self inside the light housing?
  23. My trooper is 09 behind the d/s i black metal black box the protects the ecm nxt to that there is a black plastic box which holds fuses even if the fuses are good u might wanna in bolt it and look at the back side for corrosion and burnt wires I think there are relays there to. On mine under the right side dash I have a black plastic box with fuses and relays I would check them as well. Does your hazard lights work normally
