  1. Bypass the temp switch .make fan run 100%..check oil for water in it. Look at recovery bottle while hot running for air bubbles. Stuck thermostat.? Remove cap, see if coolant is circulating.? Water pump working?

  14. And that's just the first week! It gets worse..The overheating, the gasket failures. The brake issues. If you can't fix it yourself, It really is cheaper to pay $3K more for a HONDA .
  15. Your law says all these products must last 5 yrs?? Please post a copy of that Statute in the law.. .... and BTW, I also called HISUN about their crap engine and was told they dont warranty them either... And I personally dont care what you buy, I was simply giving you a heads up on what you can expect from HISUN engines.. Take the advice or dont.. I dont give a hoot either way...... and what if your dealer closes? Most have stopped selling them here. FWIW Caveat Emptor
  16. My Hisun powered Massimo was a nightmare the first 2 years. It broke on its first day inits first mile!! Massimo refused to warranty because they stopped using Hisun engines because ..the rep on the phone said, they are junk! They now use Linhai engines only. My extensive problems are well documented on this forum.Texas AG has many many complaints about them. Google it. I threatened to sue. REP said ..go ahead, you won't be the first. 6 times mine was in shop. They never paid a dime. Shops here won't even work on anything Massimo or Hisun .they never get paid. You buy what you want. Justbe prepared. I highly recommend CF MOTO..I Have a CF 600 Atv and it's a superb machine. 2 years, 100% trouble free.
  17. We had a severe drought last summer here.Quite unusual for us. Hottest summer in my lifetime. We had heat index over 120 degrees for 2 weeks. Killed our Crawfish industry. Ponds ,lakes, bayous dried up.Its been normally wet this year.

  20. Linhai must be better. Sure can't be worse!! Massimo told me they dumped Hisun and went to Linhai and wouldn't warranty my Hisun motor.
  21. oh no, too far away.. we ll get some rain but thats normal in the swamp anyway.😎
  22. My HISUN 500 cc gets about 18 to 21 mpg if driving normal. Less if mudding. BUT BE WARNED Hisun engines are not reliable. And lifespan is limited requiring repairs frequently.
  23. Hope everyone is ready and prepared in Texas for Beryl. Looks like it has lost a lot of force.Hope it's just not too bad.
  24. What did you find? The rear is solid that's why manual says not to use on hard surfaces.Tire must slip to turn.
