  4. Wouldn't t surprise me any. That's what they do, copy existing units cheaply .I know for sure my MSU 500 is an exact copy of a YAMAHA RHINO BUT built with cheap components.
  5. If starter won't engage and battery is hot , I would guess that wire must go to neutral safety switch

  7. I would say no. Looking at my Massimo 500, the rear wheel is 2 inches wider than the front.

  10. Mine runs fine on 93 octane even when it's a few months old.I assume you checked for water in the fuel? ..maybe you just have a bad plug. Have you tried a different plug?
  11. maybe go one heat range hotter on the plug. 145 compression is good.. so valve train is working
  12. You have air, fuel pressure and spark..and won't run...must not be happening at correct time.. Camshaft...Timing chain? Can you verify the valves are opening? Compression test?

Maybe...and yes it was 10w30 synthetic and again with 10w30 Dino oil..both looked like egg whites after beating...no way oil up to and above the crank is a good thing.plus it's throwing way too much into cylinders ,likely cause oil burning..that's why hi perf cars use deep oil pans to increase oil volume..keep it off the crank..but everyone is entitled to do as they choose...I won't add 2 qts over full..ever☠

  16. I watched a video of an engine with a clear oil pan and too much oil..after a few minutes of 4000 rpm, the oil was a froth and oil pressure dropped.
  17. Overfilling oil is a bad idea in my opinion..causes air to whip into oil by crankshaft reducing lubrication
  18. MASSIMO is horrible customer service..worst I ever saw. If you need parts, Amazon has some..CYCLE DOC too
  19. Definitely use oil for wet clutch.. usuually 10W30 in cool climate ,10W40 in hot
  20. A temp sensor in the hose won't help if you're airlocked Water won't circulate to radiator
  21. It's underpowered to climb hills in HIGH. You can go 20mph in low. Glad yours runs well.
  22. 5 bars is hot..if you keep getting air ,look at the recovery bottle while hot and running if you see air bubbles, its a leaking head gasket .been thru it
