No..never. I do use shoulder belt tho.at 115 degrees here a helmet is not a good thing. -

SXS diffs are full time lock. Only front is not. -
Lol. It takes real men to work outside here in summer. But in January when you guys are snowed in , in 20 below zero..we are wearing shorts!!

Bypass the switch for fan. Its on the radiator..Make it run 100%

good luck getting Massimo to help..At least yours made it 26 miles......Mine overheated in its 1st mile!

lol We only get low 70% humidity in January cold fronts...We wake up to 96% every morning ..Last year we actually had Heat index in the 120s for a month.. Its hot down here in the swamp.🥵

Everybody out riding? Awfully quiet here recently. It's so damn hot here .We expect 112 to 116 heat index tomorrow..getting too old for that heat.

That's a good question. I believe the PS is electric not hydraulic.you may need quite a few parts to convert it.

Overheating is Massimo trademark. Jump the temp switch so you fan runs 100%

Yes. One member put a Polaris 660 engine in his. He said it was not too difficult -

probably for ECM to know temp for fuel injection calibration would be my guess -
The engine is a 95% clone of YAMAHA Rhino but built with lesser quality parts and assembly..I Have replaced broken defective parts with YAMAHA Parts on my 500 Hisun engine. It has become acceptable SXS now. Mine broke on its first day in its first mile. Neither Hisun or Massimo would back warranty. 6 trips to shop all paid out of pocket..I discourage anyone from buying anything made by Hisun.☠
