Just wondering if anyone has had problems with bed warping coming from the heat from the muffler.. If I ride more than 5 minutes my bed starts warping from the heat.. Does anyone have any recommendations on what wrap or shield I can get to prevent this before my bed starts cracking or the warping becomes permanent.. I only have about 50hrs on the UTV.. Basspro said they haven’t had this problem from anyone else.. Hard to believe..

My 2021 800SX LE has the same problem. The bed seems to settle down when it cools down.  I just ignore it.  Some have tried to install a heat shield.  I don't see it as a big problem.

It does settle back down but it’s also turning a white color.. I just need to know if anyone has put some kind of heat shield on their’s so I’ll know what to get.. I’ve researched but had no luck in finding what is best to get..

Some people install a particular flowmaster heatshield on the  muffler to prevent warping and cracking of the bed. The 2023 beds were redesigned from what I've heard because of this issue. Tracker should replace it under warranty.

Yea when I really saw what was happening it was past the 18month warranty when I took it in.. The head shop guy called tracker and they would not do anything about it, ridiculous if it’s happening to others also.. If anyone knows what heat shield fits please let me know..

I would contact your regional tracker representative and tell them the problem. I've heard that approach can really get some results. Tracker knows about the problem so the rep may help you.

I’ve got a 2022 Tracker 800SX LE and it has done the same thing with me. The manufacturer changed it under warranty. The funny thing is they did nothing to prevent it from ever happening again? What I did was get some heat shield material and some stainless steel zip ties and secured it to the muffle. I also wrapped the header pipe with high temp motorcycle type wrap. Have not noticed it bubbling up since. Flowmaster makes a heat shield that fits like a glove on the muffler but I had difficulty getting one so I made my own. The part number is 51017, maybe you can score one.

I have a 2000 800SX that tan an issue with latch mount and bed cracked. It happened during the first year. Seem light the sun made it expand then contract which weaken it. Took 3 months to get replaced under warranty.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.
      Thanks so much!
