I have the same aluminum top. I used diamond plate and turned the diamonds inside with the smooth side out like yours. I used a piece of aluminum flat and laid the lights down like a sun visor. I can remove two bolts and stand the lights up if I wish to use them. Have not be stood up in two years. MORE, MORE!

Tomorrow we get down to the nitty gritty, we were running short on the 1.5" .080 wall DOM tubing, have 100 feet being delivered in the morning, we start on the tube doors in the morning that will swing open.. this is going to be something unlike you guys have seen before.. we also still have to build the new spare tire holder and add the rock sliders.. The passenger grab handle is almost finished and I finally found the face for my stereo set up.. we are cruising along nicely..

The buggy will get wrapped first of next week and we expect the wheels to be back this friday so I can get it back in rolling condition so much work and hardly enough time to do it all.. will be pushing the deadline pretty close with the wrap job suppossed to tgake a few days

The rock sliders are being built right now, I pick the wheels up first thing in the morning, need to install the stereo and build the spare tire mount next, put my new G-force seatbelts in and a few minor details then hopefully tomorrow afternoon I can get it to the wrap shop

Thanks,

No it is something I whipped up quite awhile ago.. has been on 3 buggies, there are also rear speakers and a box but without the rear tire rack to mount them to I did not install

Nice job Jarred. Did you put the Renegade diff gears in it? Looking forward to Farmington.

I have not yet.. took it to wrap this morning, depends on how long they take, will be deciding factor on the gear set, I had the choice between a little better crawl ratio or looking good.. looking good took the better part of my judgement for right now

It sort of reminds me of an old 10cc Song

I was walkin' down the street

Concentratin' on truckin' right

I heard a dark voice beside of me

And I looked round in a state of fright

I saw four faces one mad

A brother from the gutter

They looked me up and down a bit

And turned to each other

I don't like Jarrad's Trooper

I love it

I don't like UTVs

I love them

Don't like Farmington,

I love her (New Mexico Holiday)

To every one going, have a bloody good time. I reckon that old 10cc song would sound pretty good blasting out of your new stereo set-up Jarrad.

Cheers Mike.

You bet I am I can't wait for tomorrow, not sure what time it will be though.. I need to call them and ask that question.. Still unsure it will fit in my enclosed trailer, may have to haul it on the flat-bed

I have a  3500LB Winch that only runs in one direction.  Inward but not Out.  Replaced the solenoid module.  Makes "click" when I push the "Out" button and the motor tries to spool out but then stops and begins to "click".   Does anyone have suggestions what I should try next?

Got a new 2023 TBoss 560 with 40 miles on it now. Noticed after about and hour of plowing snow coolant started hissing out the overflow tube. Initially made a pop or blow kind of noise and then saw some steam and smelt coolant. Coolent level is in the middle between low and high (running or not). Coolant under radiator cap is full when cold, appears nice and green. Checked oil doesn’t look milky. The temp ranges from 160-180 F running for 15-20. Noticed the other day there was some more coolant that blew out the overflow tube. I called the dealer and they said the system could be purging air. Dealer is 2+ hours away so wanting to get more thoughts before considering to bring it in. Also noticing hot/burning rubber smell but I think this is from the belt breaking in? Also notice the coolant smell from the exhaust when in higher RPMs. No white smoke from the exhaust. Also another possible issue. I notice that there’s a little bounce when on pavement. You can also hear the CVT kind of make noise with this bounce in tandem. Is this normal?

I have a Gator 550 UTV with two rows of seats and dump bed. I bought new UTV LED lights for front and back and have mounted them on the roof, no problem
I now need help hooking and running wires from lights to switch.
Does anyone know someone near Millbrook Al that could do this? If so, please give me contact info.

I have a 2022 Hisun 750 Sector which comes with a locked rear differential. Was wondering if it would be possible to install an unlocking differential.  I see that there are some Hisun made machines that come with the unlocking rear diff, such as Cub Cadet Challenger, some of the Massimos, and probably others. My concern is whether these would be a direct bolt on, using the original axles, drive shaft, and of course matching gear ratio. I've tried to match up part numbers but it seems every brand has their own number system even for parts that I know are identical. If anyone has ever done this swap or has any information about the whether these unlocking rear diffs are comparable to the Sector, I'd appreciate your input.
