Hay, Lenny! Know anything about this place? Sand Hollow State Park | Utah.com How far from the house? Mods, please don't move to riding locations until we hear from Lenny!

It's not far from the house, 5 or 6 miles. But, forget it. The sand dunes were just OK and the locals used to go there. Some still do. The problem came when they build Sand Hollow Resorvior. and then put in a gulf coarse. It changed the way the sand blew and the amount of sand that blew. So now the sand dunes are not so good. There are rock outcroppings everywhere. A lot of people quit riding there including me. Coral Pink sand dunes are real good and there are quite a lot of trails across the highway from it. It is a much better place to go and if you go there to camp, let me know and I'll tell you where you can camp pretty much by yourself. The main camp0ing place can get packed out, dusty and roughty.

There is also the Utah's Little Sahara (found out there's several Little Sahara's) near Delta. It has lots of sand, hills, a mountain to try an climb and just out of the park is lots of trails. Just an FYI. Here's a photo of my knee as I flew over the dunes way back then.2616493920104110397MQGwdZ_th.jpg

Google coordinates N39 43 32.99 W 112 18 25.82 for the fee station and they recently upped the fee but made it a 2 day pass, I think. There's lots of area out side the park also.

Does anybody know where to get one of these bulbs?
It is the one that lights up when the park brake is applied. Same as the one that lights up when the engine is over temperature.
I have checked several places locally without success.
      Thanks, Mike

      Hello.
New to this forum and glad to find it. So i have bought a Joyner sand viper 650, 2008 with low compression. I took the motor out and checked the pistons and the ring gap was to big plus the engine had pinged so the upper part of the piston was bad.
So i ordered a new piston set with pistons, rings and pins. But here comes the problem, the new piston has no gap for the c-clip but the old piston had...? Why that? The pin floates perfect in both piston and rod shaft so it can wander away and hit the cylinder walls.
Anyone that has come across the same problem? Im not new when it comes to mechanic but has never come across this problem before.
Hope you understand what i mean, i tried my best.

      Hello-

New to the forum so luckily there is some help out there lol. Recently bought a 2008 Joyner 1600cc sand viper and loving it. Took it out and had a little accident with a tree stump lol. The stump hit directly on my passenger side tie rod end and broke the heim joint that connects the tie rod end to the wheel. Does anyone know the size of the adjustable heim joint so I can order one? I am having a hard time sourcing one quickly. I am also guessing since it is an outter tie rod end, that it is LH pitched rather than RH? thanks for any help anyone can provide. This is again for the outter tie rod end heim joint that snapped. Thanks
