Hi my name is Keith and I am new to the Joyner brand. I just started selling them in my store and thought this would be a good place to get info about them.

I would like to know if anyone has been able to get a set of 32s under one and if so how did it do

31's are the largest i have heard of and that was with some mod work being done to the firewall.

I run 33" paddle tires for the sand dunes for the extra floatation. My firewall has been modified to take it along with different fenders. It puts the gearing too high but it does work for me because I have extra engine mods that make it possible to pull them. When I was stock It was way under powered and would hardly get going. I guess for a sense of what it would be like compairede to stock tires, forget using 2nd gear for normal starting gear and try using 3rd instead. You can do it but it just doesn't really work well especially if your in a tight spot. We are pulling 31' tires fairly good but it too raises the gearing a little more then we like but it does work. 32" might just be the overdone point.

Like Lenny I am running 31x10.50X15. As Lenny said, the 32's would make the gearing too high for crawling. With the 31's we are on the edge with being a great/good rock crawler. I still take off in 2nd in most cases reserving 1st for the slow stuff. Spacing between the gears becomes much more comfortable with the larger tires. I am one of the few that has lower the ride height via the shock coils. My concern was the CV joint angle was to great and all the shock action was in the compression mode. No or very little extension. Very pleased at the point. Take a look at Lenny & my galleries of pics of our Troopers. You will see the 31's have a great look.

I did the mods to my fire wall and I could get a 33" on there but think it would be to high geared for the way I ride it.. I lowered the rear end down about 2" and remounted the new shocks to get the ground clearance.. The CV can run at a pretty step angle without binding.. You can look at my gallery and see the pics of the rear CV's..

WOW, great mods! You will have to make it to next year's Jamboree so we can see your suspension work!

Welcome to the forum. We will all be interested to find out if Joyner came through on the new 2011 Trooper. On previous models there were many improvements to be made. First thing you MUST do is change out that filter with a K&N. Even better would be to either do a snorkel or some sort of air box for it along with the K&N. The stock filters do nothing in the way of filtering out dust.

It appears you are into mudding. I highly recommend a fuel controller for the best bang for your buck in torque & hp gain. Silverbullet Motorsports has these. They also have a camshaft upgrad which we are waiting to hear some feed back from one of the members on a stock motor. AND, stay tuned for Lenny's dyno results on his supercharged Trooper.

How do the stock shocks ride in your opinion? Supposedly they have been upgraded, but honestly they look the same as previous models only they now have blue coils.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.

I am parting this out of ebay right now, I just picked up another project and could use the room. No I will not take less than $700 for all of it or $200 for the frame. I do not need to sell it, I will make far more parting it out but would like the extra space in the garage.
If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
      Thanks!

I just purchased a Massimo MSU500 and no manual came with it so I have some questions. looking for part #'s and availability of basics like spark plug air and fuel filter. What is the valve adjustment specifications?
Is there a fuel drain? It's been sitting, low mileage but I want to drain out the old fuel and put fresh.

I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).
