Hi everyone, i am a newby here and i need some help. I bought a basket case 2010 HS800UTV last month and have completed a full engine rebuild. I dropped the engine in yesterday and hooked up the wiring harness but i have no clue where to plug in the crank sensor or the fuel pump power wire so i am getting no spark or fuel. If someone could help me out with this it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, yes i have this manual and it tells me nothing about what i need to know. I purchashed this unit with the engine blown up and removed. I have since done a full rebuild and re-installed the engine and have hooked up all the wiring with with the exception of the crank sensor and fuel pump power supply, there seems to be no where for these to plug in. I could really use a motor pic of a complete one so i can see if some of my harness is missing or where to go next.

Took some digging but have attached wiring diagram of Hisun 1000 which is basically the same as 800 (800manual I have does not show what we are looking for).

Hope is of some help. They call the crank sensor a torque sensor.

Incidentally, the early 800s had an oil pump made with inferior material and failed big time. Replacement is OK. Strongly suggest you install a temp sensor with audible alarm and stop quick if it goes off.

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

I have a Bobcat 2200 Diesel (built by Club Car) with a 2-weight Team Primary Clutch I want to rebuild, possibly replace. The clutch has an annoying rattling sound at idle and appears the rollers and weights are worn and loose. When I opened it up, everything looks clean and in great shape. It's just that all the moving rollers and weights seem to have way too much play in them, possibly causing the noise. I've searched for clearance and torque specifications with no luck at all. The UTV has less than 500 hours on it.  Any ideas?

I have purchased a used Supermach700 (2008), It runs great after a new choke cable but. The temp sensor on the thermostat house is unhooked and can not find where it plugs back in. The fan has been un hooked from the sensor in the rad and cant figure out how it goes back together properly.  The fan was wired to a by pass switch and i just always leave it on but would like to work it properly. I assume the sensor went bad and not changed.

      any help would be great.

      thanks
