Hello @jodi.gonzo Welcome!

Did you check the magneto, that is where the spark plug wire comes from. Or the plug could be not grounded good.

Did you replace the plug itself? As far as i know the flywheel has nothing to do with sparking :)

      Bennche 500, replaced stator no fire

      I replaced the stator on our Bennche 500 because it was not charging. It ran as long as you kept the battery charged. I replaced the stator now it’s not firing. The only problem I found was a wire in the new stator for the crank position sensor was in the wrong place in the plug. I switched it around but still no fire. Putting a meter on those wires and cranking the motor showed no voltage from the crank position sensor. Something I did or a bad “new “ part? Thanks for any ideas.

      Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
      Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
      Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

      Winch fuse location on a 2021 ut400

      Does anyone know where the winch fuse is located on a 2021 ut400? I’ve been working on the solenoid because the winch will only go in one direction..
      Either in or out depending if I reverse the leads on the solenoid. Now I have no power to the solenoid and it appears I blew a fuse. Winch is supposed to have a 30 amp fuse.
       
      i checked all the fuses in the fuse box near the battery and the 30amp fuse hanging in the compartment. Everything is good there.
      but I can’t locate any other fuses. Any help would be appreciated.

      need resistance value on stator

      having trouble with a 2013 uxv500i. have replaced stator due to bad pulser coil. new unit does not work. manual value for pulser coil is 100ish ohm, measured value is 500 ohm. can anyone with one of these fuel injected later model units check their pulser coil with an ohm meter for me? left side of engine small connector next to 3 yellows. jon 605-545-7040

      Sector E1 Fuse Panel

      I can find information on the Internet for the location of the fuse panel for the gas powered Hisun, but I can not find the location of the fuser panel on the E1. I have a wiring diagram and it shows the fuses but I can not find them. There are two inline fuses associated with the drive electrics, I see no fuses for the 12 volt accessories.  Anyone have an idea about this?
