Hisun video. Junk video. Reason i call it junk is i could not find the torque specs they talk about for the head anywhere. Even the "Techs" at the Texas HQ had different responses than this video.

This guy from Limitless Powersports is a good guy. He gives his email address in these videos somewhere. Any way I emailed him and got a reply.
(HISUN didn't reply to 2 emails. Called and was more confused when call ended)

Thanks so much for the info. A Hisun mobile tech is supposed to finally be here today to "fix" it after 6 months of waiting on them to send parts and the mobile tech has been here 4 times already. I have filed a complaint with the WV Attorney General to try to get my money back and just return this machine. Its officially 1 year old as of Dec 30, 2025 and its been broken down and sitting under the car port for the last 6 months with the overheating/bubbles in the overflow issue. Its only got 406 miles on it and never been off road at all.

First visit, the Mobile Tech said was temp sensors bad, ordered sensors and left

2nd trip brought temp sensors and replaced didn't fix issue so determined it was the water pump, ordered water pump and left

3rd trip didn't bring water pump because he now thinks its the head gasket and wants to do "some tests" determines he is pretty sure its the head gasket, Orders head gasket and leaves.

4th trip he starts working on the machine and takes out the timing chain tensioner and determines it is "sticking" and there is no use to change the head gasket without fixing that first, Orders the tensioner and leaves.

So who knows what todays visit will entail...............

I hate to hear that for you. The mobile techs are very busy. Not defending him or anything. But since Hisun has no service centers. They have to outsource getting their junk fixed. At least he is getting parts.

I had a issue with the rear drive shaft. I requested a mobile tech. Got tired of waiting on the techs call back. I got the parts off Amazon and fixed it myself. When the tech finally did call. He just wanted the SN off the machine. Told him the SN. Then told him to just send parts and I'd fix it myself. He did send all parts I asked for. So I have a replacement parts / driveshaft if needed.

Depends on where in WV you are. There's one shop around Princeton ( I think). But he is was booked with a backlog of about 4 months. That is a 4hr 1 way trip for me. That's the reason I just did the head myself. I'm 1.5 hours west and south of Charleston, WV in KY.

Wish you the best of luck. Keep us updated.

I just purchased a 2023 Honda Pioneer a couple of weeks ago and had the hard roof and a front Honda Pioneer windshield installed at the shop before taking ownership. As things are drying up here in NC, the grass and dust are beginning to fly right through the back of the cab while driving. I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations on rear windshields, dust panels, or mesh screens to help stop this?
      Thanks a lot!

Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.
      Thanks so much!

After sitting this winter in a garage, I noticed coolant under the side by side when I went to get it out.  Does anyone know what would cause the coolant to leak out while in storage?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks,
      John

Just bought new 2024 AODES 650 work cross 2 seated for my dad and he's very resilient at 79 and still cuts trees, splits and hauls firewood for heating home. He's begun using Polaris ATV with wagon more over his 80's toyo4x4 flatbed after the wood has been split. I figured UTV would be easier, more practical at times and more fun. It does not have a heater and would like suggestions on one that best suits his. He's tough but gets chilled easy now and a heater would make joyriding much better at this time of year. I Have found nothing that specifically Says it's made for this particular UTV I don't know what to make of the More generic Hacher versions Or how adaptable they are. I've read They have come from the factory with Heaters but It says nothing about Adding
