Here's what I have so far, still need to do the rod for holding it up, plan to try a tube hooked at the molded dent, center rear of the hood, notch the metal support for the center of hood so the tube slides through when down, when the hood is up, the tube rests on the support bar. If this is clear, later photos will clear it up. Haven't decided what to do with all my bolt holes or how to tie the hood down yet.

Looks good. I see that you have your priorites right. That added storage should hold about 7 or 8 cases of beer.

I doubt I could keep beer up there, 1, probably not strong enough and I could lose my beer, 2, It would not keep it cold, 3, not nearly handy enough, I'd have to stop to get me a beer, 4, my wife won't let me buy beer, 5, it probably wouldn't work for sody water either! :P . I'll probably store blankets, hammock, coats, clothes, medical stuff and while I'm riding, I'll probably put my Spot up there so it has a good view of the sky. I plan on setting my spot to track mode when I go out. My next step for up there is to put a barrier up there to keep the dirt and dust from coming into the cab via all the holes around the brake cylinders and locker handles and build a lid for that box to keep things in there clean. In front of the shock mount bar, I plan to make a mount for my jack, presently in the white box behind the cab.

1-----Install rack to hold keg of beer. 2-------run hose and coilsthrough ice chest. 3--------------have hose hanging from roof with correct size AND SHAPE nipple :P . 4 --------------retrain to obey or trade in for new model.

I think I'm almost done with my hood hinge setup, just need to figure out the hold down method I want to use.

I got the lid on the storage box, and mounted the hood rod.2246886460104110397zrZeJd_th.jpg The foam blocks hold the hood rod in place and keep the lid on the box closed, and also acts as a handle to open the lid on the box.

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

      Hello,
I have a 2019 Landmaster 550 UTV. Its been running good until now. The front axle wont engage. Where I live the temps have been well below freezing. The UTV is stored in unheated garage. And even the bottles of stored windshield washer fluid are frozen solid. So I am thinking that the front axle gear oil might be VERY thick and now allowing it to engage. Off the front diff is a small gauge wire running up to a connector. I put a test lamp to one of the leads and with utv running and 4 wheel switch on there is no voltage. However if I shut it off and have the 4 wheel switch engaged. and the crank it to start again the light gets a signal. for a second or two. I have to jacked up on rear and front and sometime the front will cut in and spin a few revs but the drops off.
Im hoping that someone can explain how the front engages on the axle. I assumed there was a fork or something that was engaged with 12 volts. But this wire is very small .This unit doesn't have a central fuse panel but I believe I have checked all the fuses.
      Thanks in advance
      Allan
