2021 Massimo Buck 250 won’t start

We have a 21 Buck 250 that will not start. Replaced the battery with new fully charged battery. The lights dim and there is a click like the starter is trying to engage. Every once in a while the engine will turn one revolution slowly and then we are back to the same situation of nothing. 
Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know what could be causing it.

Hmmm, maybe the starter solenoid needs replacing? That or the starter itself is bad, but I would start with a new starter solenoid. Mine would lag frequently, and I replaced the solenoid. No issues now.

      Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
      Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
      Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

      Landmaster LM200 Will Not Start

      I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.
       
      I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.
       
      I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.
       
      I am at a loss, please help!

      RTV 1140 Starter Relay

      My rtv 1140 won't turn over.  I've jumped the neutral switch, and the brake switch, and checked the ignition switch. I'm not getting any power to the trigger wire on the starter solenoid.  It starts fine with the key on and putting power to the trigger wire on the solonoid.
      Does a 2010 RTV 1140 cpx have a starter relay? 
      Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

      I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
      Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.
