New Trooper 2 minute 'review'

Recommended Posts

We have a new dealer in Calgary ... so nosey me went to check them out.

They have 3 news T2s, outside in the snow.... I had a quick look.

1) New two colour seats......... not sure if its just covering or new design, looked good.

2) The seat belts appear to be upgraded or changed.

3) New dash with a shelf (boxy thing) in front of passenger.

4) Switches have been moved up to the center of the dash.

Just a quick look for now , If I can come up with $12.00 for admission + $12.00 for parking + $7.00 for burger + $3.00 for Coke I may go to

the Outdoor Show for a closer look, as well as all the fishing stuff.

Anybody have recommendations about where to ride my RZR in the snow in northern UT? Hoping to try some of that out this year!

I have bought a 2018 Joyner R2. So far I love it. I was not impressed with the dealer I bought from and am wanting to buy some accessories. Can anyone recommend a good dealer or supplier?

I bought the 66" KFI plow kit for my 2015 Ranger EXP and I could not be happier. My driveway is gravel and once I got the skid plates adjusted it works great. As good as my experience sounds, one thing might make me even happier, ha. I would like to add the power turn option but at over $800 I think what the heck, I can do that way cheaper.

I looked at a few designs, some guys have used a winch and cable arrangement, others tried a Linear Actuator. I found a guy that did this but he used too light an actuator (300#?) and it busted. I found one on Ebay that pushes 1,320#. For the money I think it will be worth trying. I won't do it this winter but after the season I might design something. First change I would make is the included brackets look way too thin. Other than that though, this looks workable. So, has any other DIY guy like me ever tried this? My online research found a few ideas but very little info on how they held up over time. Thanks! Bill

I am looking at a Joyner Renegade 2018.
I am new to side by sides. I want something to drive on side roads as well as take in desert and woods. I need the bed to carry items. I will not be crazy driver but want to get off beaten path. Is this a good dependable vehicle?
