Massimo Buck Check Engine Light

Check the connection from the oil sending unit to see if it has a good connection and also check the ground.  If it happened just after an oil change make sure that you have the correct amount of oil in the crankcase, also sometimes the low oil sending unit has to have some time to refill after a oil change.

My buck 450 is running good, however I now have the check engine light....code is 0850. Where can I find out what it is? Thanks, Dan

Welcome to the forum U.P. Dan, sorry, but I can't easily answer your question.

I suggest that you start a new thread, you'll get more exposure, and that should make it easier to get a faster response from someone who can answer your question.

Good luck!

Massimo sent me a new throttle assembly, injector and still has no power.  I’m getting very frustrated, wish I never bought.  Nobody in San Antonio Texas will touch it

Welcome to the very large  world of dis-satisfied Massimo owners.. I bought mine in 2017 . it broke on the first day.. To date, Massimo has never paid one dime for the many many repairs it needed.. only one shop will touch them in my state.. CASH ONLY up front!   Good luck........... BTW.. is that a Lhasa Apso in your pic?  looks just like mine that passed at 14 yrs old .. Loved that dog

Have a Hisun 800 it runs for about 35 minutes then stalls. Crank's over but has no spark. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and it starts and runs again for about 35 minutes. Changed the CDI / ECU controller and still does it.

For the life of me I cannot find the directions on how to change the display to the standard for the USA - MPH. Not sure why Tractor Supply didn't do it before I bought it but it is what it is. Does anyone have the instructions to do this. I have the 2023 T Boss 550 just to be clear.

Does the transmission share the crank case oil with the engine or does it have its own oil seperate from the engine?

I have a Massimo 400 Buck that overheats and the antifreeze blows out of the motor everywhere! I don’t have to be doing anything but just driving through the field.  It only has 26 miles on it.  I don’t think the fan is turning to cool the motor.  Any ideas how to fix this?

      I have a 2018 Massimo Buck 400 with 278 miles.
Having issues with my brakes. Took the buggy hunting and when I let my foot off the gas pedal it pulls without pressing on the brake. I looked and the pads on all 4 wheels are all toast. The E-Brake hasn’t been on since I have had it. I am guessing it may be a master cylinder issue because all 4 pads are gone. They all seem to have worn evenly that’s why I think the master cylinder. Just got the machine used from a older couple and they said it sat for some time in there pole barn. Possibly the brake lines? Calipers? I took one brake apart and when I depressed the caliper it didn’t stay. Any help is muck appreciated.
