  1. These are the ORIGINAL guides. Well it actually i found does have groove, and its at the very bottom of the valve that fell. But im not sure if the guide got pushed up, or pushed down??
  2. The Guy in the video said he put red loctite on it, but it only lasted a few months, so he put a brand new head on it, and it solved the problem, but i hate to buy a new head after, re seating the valves ,and getting the spring compressor etc..
  3. So do the guides actually move while engine is running? @kenfain
  4. Well, the head is out of the engine, "Not installed" You are reffering to the guides not the valves themselves right?
  5. Do you think it fell, or was made that way, im sure it fell, if it did id have to go through the tideous task of removing it......
  6. Well apparently the Inlet valve guide fell some, Pic attached below. Or is it supposed to be that way? ANY FEEDBACK WELCOME! The inlet valve is lower than the exhaust, exhaust valve is closest.
  7. Hi!, Rebuilding the head, and im putting the Circlips that go on the Valve guides, but the INTLET valve guide does NOT have a groove for the clip like the intake All diagrams i looked at show 2 clips, one on each guide. THANKS!
  8. @TexasT If it was the solenoid you would hear it clicking, meaning it was NOT engaging all the way
  9. Yeah, I keep bouncing back between Valvoline and Castrol
  10. Welcome to the sight @uponahill! Try hooking the Battery to a charger, turn the charger to "Quick start" and then turn the key, once (IF) that starts, more than likely the battery might have a bad cell or something. P.S. Not a lot of CC owners on here.
  11. Plus, Kawasaki or at least on Amazon, wants $13 for a quart bottle! Walmart has it for 4.00 a bottle, but its says ATV oil, but im sure as long as its 4 cycle its good. And can you or anyone explain to me the difference between 4 cycle and 2 cycle motor oil?
  12. All it says in my manual is use 10W30 or 10w40 oil... I don't know why, but i have a suspicion about UTV company oils, Like Kawachem, Yamalube etc.... I don't why but i do. I think I'll try the valvoline 4 stroke. Thanks @Alex
  13. I'm guessing it wouldn't be much different than having an RV with car being towed behind it. With a tow bar...
  14. Changing the game in the high performance multi-passenger UTV market This past year and a half has been huge for the powersports industry, particularly the high-performance Side-by-Side market. While Polaris has seemed to have a strong grasp on the market with its line of RZR UTVs in both two and four-seat models, Can-Am responded in a major way with its new Can-Am Maverick X3. Fast Facts Engine: 900cc Triple Horsepower: 154 Ground Clearance: 13.0 in. Suspension Travel: 20 in. Wheelbase: 135 in. MSRP: $27,499 When the Can-Am Maverick X3 was unleashed on the world, heads turned and took quick notice of the 154 HP turbocharged and intercooled Rotax ACE engine that came stuffed into different packages with different suspension options. The high-performance community went wild over these new machines, but it didn’t take long for everyone to start asking when the four-seat model would come out. It might have taken six months to surface, but when the new Can-Am Maverick X3 MAX was finally revealed, it is clear why it took time to deliver and it most certainly was worth the wait.
