  1. a little over 4 years later and this solution is still working. I did have to replace the relay once. I imagine if you used a heavy duty automotive relay, you'd never have to replace it.
  2. looks like someone got happy with the RTV sealant at the factory
  3. unfortunately now how the float systems works on a 610 carburetor, this is basically a lawnmower engine,
  4. Teryx right?
  5. .005" intake and exhaust... technical spec is .12mm if you want to be metric which just under .005"
  6. take it to the dealer... I'm not sure what the piece is either, i've only seen a few base model SX mules
  7. Correct. really as long as your able to move the crank in and out .002" to .005" with the cover installed, your good.
  8. check here https://www.sidebysidestuff.com/ Ive ordered several items from them before.
  9. if the input shaft into the transmission is turning, and the wheels aren't there is definitely a internal issue. I'm not 100% how the shift linkage is hooked up on the 2510 but lift the bed and try manually putting it in forward or reverse and make sure it has full range of motion to go in gear.
  10. Will need the model number which should be in the format of the numbers in parantheses in the screen shot
  11. we hit 16 this morning, in 2021 we got down to 7
  12. i know a commercial lawnmower repairman in australia who ordered off alibaba frequently, the main thing is it usually took forever to receive the parts that he ordered, usually. So as far as i know the business is legit, but as with any product, theres only one way to find out
  13. started snowing here around 9 last night, had a pretty good coverage on everything by midnight. ended up with just under 4" drive to work was a little slippery this morning. supposed to be 16 here tonight
  14. my skull is thick enough i don't have to....
  15. Well we got more than we bargained for sustained winds excess of 50MPH probably. Hurricane force gusts. 10 trees uprooted in the pasture, Power went out Monday morning around 7:45 and came on 9:00PM wednesday night. Still alot of people without power.
  16. we'll get some rain and tropical storm effects from it for sure
  17. Many people have issues with the kawasaki FJ400 engine fouling out spark plugs, after working on a few FJ engines and 600 series Mule's with this issue, i can say the fix for this issue is using a slightly hotter spark plug... the factory recommends a BPR6ES NGK plug.... the Number in NGK plugs represents its heat range and somewhat odd, the lower the number the hotter the plug, at least as far as NGK is concerned. If you have a Mule fouling spark plugs try installing a NGK BPR4ES spark plug. FROM NGK A hotter heat range spark plug has an insulator design with a longer heat flow path to the metal shell of the plug. As a result, more heat stays in the ceramic firing end and less is dissipated to the engine. A colder heat range spark plug has an insulator design with a shorter heat flow path to the metal shell of the plug. As a result, less heat stays in the ceramic firing end and more is dissipated to the engine. For a spark plug to function properly, it must have a tip temperature high enough to burn off carbon deposits (self-cleaning) and avoid fouling, while remaining low enough to avoid overheating the ceramic firing end and pre-ignition.

  19. i did find an online service manual for the Bandit UTV's if you don't have one https://www.badboycountry.com/images/manuals/2023_manuals/2023_BBB_550_750_Utility_Service_Manual.pdf Couldn't find a part number for the oil filter so you may have to get it from a Bad boy dealer.
