What kind of belts does the engine have? Drive belt, timing belt?? If you could message me audio or video on here that'd be good. Do you KNOW for sure its coming from the motor, or transmission?

Knock pins are just hollow pins, usually on each side or across from each other. Sometimes you can us a rubber a mallet to tap the 2nd half off, Do NOT use a regular hammer, in case it s aluminum. I do not own a Joyner, so I wouldn't trust my into 100%😉

Are there any knock pins? I do NOT know if Joyner uses those on trans, but most UTV etc engine and Trans do.

I recommend looking at Techspark studio, they make manuals for KAWASAKI on C D, and you can print the pages you need out...

HI ALL! I was installing my (Push rods) in the head, on top of the tappets, i would hand spin the crank, to be sure they moved up n down. But ever now and again they;d just fall off the tappet! I thought i fixed, put the head/valve cover on, spinned the crank one last time. P O P. the push rods came off the tappets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help! @kenfain
