Had to replace the camshaft and exhaust valve rocker arm due to abnormal wear. The cam lobe was ground nearly completely off!

Now I have a no start.IMG_20221221_121725191.thumb.jpg.ef8454bb05b6dad5d02fc9011be1bff5.jpg

The only service manual I've been able to find for this is the HS 500-700 edition. This manual shows a split head with 5 valves. Mine is 2 valves with a machined 1 piece head. The HS400 head looks the same. The problem is that neither of these give an accurate description of how to set up the timing after a cam replacement.

I watched the video that is posted on this site but that is for the split (2 piece) head.

I have attached a picture of how I lined up the timing marks. What have I done wrong?

Timing gear, all marks to top. Crank (thru armature peep hole) is there. 3rd line, top center but it doesn't sound like I have decompression.

In fact, my go round put me at least 2, maybe 3 links off (early) and I actually thought it was going to run. I could hear the motor pop but wouldn't fire and run. After I readjusted the chain I get no indication of any fire and sounds like no decompresion. ??

On the Flywheel make sure that you are using the correct timing mark and have it on the case timing mark then make sure that you have the camshaft aligned correctly.  Set your engine on top dead center and make sure the timing marks line up.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.

Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.
      Thanks so much!
