Hi Trooper troopers,

When making some temporary "limit straps" to keep the rear suspension from topping out, I ran into an "awe sh--".

This is the result of topping out and luckily for me I saw it before the rear shock mount went completely away. I'd suggest you jack up the rear end of your car to see if you have any cracks. Then as Lenny suggested install some limit straps.

This close, but not exactly on topic, but here's a cheap way to lube the swing arm pivot joints, Drill small hole, inject grease with a needle zerk fitting, then cover hole with tape to keep water and mud out.

The existing trailing arms can be modified to be more then strong enough even for the toughest conditions and biggest hits. There is a past thread that covers most of the fixes. http://www.utvboard.com/Rear-wheel-misalignment-i-t1034.html There are two things not mentioned in this thread, The ends of the swing arms must be reinforced where they change to the two sleeves that form their pivot point. Also for maximum torsion strength the lower shock mount should be mounted farther to the side closer to the wheel. I moved mine to the side and the torsion stress on the swing arm is now 2/3 of what it was. Thanks to Rocmoc for this good idea.

Looking for a output shaft for a Joyner trooper t2. Went to move the buggy after sitting all winter and it appears the out put shaft that drives the rear wheels broke off inside the transmission so looking for the shaft or a complete transmission if someone has one

      Greetings All,
I'm looking for the most effective way to quiet the noise inside the cab. The cab virtually sits atop the 24hp diesel engine. It's very loud and so I'm looking for ways to make inside the cab quieter.

When I am driving at 30 to 40 mph on the highway, the display will change from H (high) to R (reverse).  It does not actually shift into reverse, it seems to shift into neutral and starts losing speed and the gas pedal has no effect.  After the rpm/speed drops for 5 seconds or so, it changes back to H and runs fine for another minute or so.  You have to try to drive it at less than 5000 rpm or so, to try and keep this from happening.  Any ideas on what the problem might be?  It only happens at the higher speeds.

Neighbor rode their Coleman with the park brake apparently not fully released. Needless to say, things got pretty hot and even started smoking and the smoke was definitely gear oil smell. Looks like oil is coming from the area just behind the disc for the park break. Looking at parts diagram, there is an oring behind the nut/washer that attaches the flange to pinion shaft. I'm not finding anything on YT that would help with disassembly. Anyone have some experience with removing rear driveshaft ?

When we first heard the noise, we immediately stopped driving it...at first we thought it might be a linkage issue, but after further inspection looks like the sound/jolting is coming from the rear diff. Took a video below...
Anyone know what is creating the diff to skip/jump like this? We drained the diff oil and didn't look terrible, no metal.
Other info that may be useful:
      1400 miles on it
      Recently tightened the E brake
P.s. never posted on this forum before, let me know if the video does not work
