I've had to obtain parts through Massimomotors.com. They are in Texas. Some parts will come right away from them, while others come from shipped from overseas. I was able to get a few things off Amazon. I couldn't find anything locally that they wouldn't have to order, so I did it myself.

Shouldn't double post.

Take bolt to a good hardware store. Use the nut/bolt thread guild they usually have. Match up the bolt. Don't try and force it in the tool.

Maybe www. Motor Cycle doctor .com may be able to help.

LOL.. your funny.. just go to a hardware store..lol
these bolts as i found out (after wasting alot of time at ace and calling bike shops) are "proprietary parts" which in this case means they have a runoff of odd threads or diameter or both . so you have to buy your integral parts from massimo.

which is fine just wish i knew before .
i'll prob drill out one bolt hole of its stainless insert and run a HELICOIL to 3/8 x 125 stainless bolt

Glad you found the bolts/studs/information you need.

May want to share the diameter and thread pitch with the rest of the community. In case someone else needs the info.

Stainless is fun to drill.

Personally, I wouldn't call Ace a good hardware store.

parts for massimo, hisun, etc in florida? where can i get parts for the massimo 700.. like bolts and console i  didnt see any bolts on amazon to go with cylinders and any thing when rebuilding a 700 engine

Did you take a look at the parts diagram?...https://alpha-sports.com/massimo_parts.htm?q=massimo-parts  I suppose there may be a unique situation that only a 1 off bolt or screw may work, but everything I see on the parts diagrams are standard metric bolts. They are after all trying to minimize costs, and creating unique hardware hardly seems productive.

Ya know, for someone that came here looking for help and information on how to repair their machine and locate parts. THEN spit in the face of people trying to help. Isn't a very friendly thing to do.

I couldn't give 2 shits if you fix this POS now.

Sincerely

An Eastern Kentucky HILLBILLY.

I have an 850. It’s been overheating. The electric fan is not kicking on. I see the temperature switch going into the radiator, but there’s no wire plugging in to it or none to be found in the area. i’m thinking I might’ve hooked on a branch and it ripped out the harness on that part. Does anybody have a picture or no where that plugs into on the harness? On the top of the firewall, I did notice some plugs that have nothing plugged into it. I was wondering if it’s a harness that goes from there down to the radiator that was pulled off

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

I recently purchased a 2019 or 2020 (no manual) Massimo 400S Buck Series UTV.  It ran fine for a couple days but the low battery light was flashing while it drove.  It then died in the field one day and I was able to jump the battery and get it rolling enough to get back to the barn.  It started both times I turned the key for a couple days after and when driven died 10 minutes later in the driveway.  Even after jumping it had no juice, but with the key out of the ignition it kept trying to start, a quick look on the Google machine and it suggested starter solenoid or ignition switch was the culprit.  Fair enough, let's just order a replacement solenoid, right?  No way Jose....the pin connector on the UTV is a 2-pin white plastic connector and the part received is a 4 pin.  How do I swap that and make it work?  Can I even?  Where do I find correct parts in the future?
