We have a few intakes and Turbo kits on the shelf and ready to go!

Intake $450

Turbo Kit without intake $1995.00

Turbo Kit with intake $2300.00

We will sell the Turbo manifold only on request and we are not and will not use the Cheap Chinese turbo's at all, the turbo provided in our kit is a Garrett GT-12. we have used the cheap one from ebay (which is from CX Racing) and had three of them blow up in under ten hours! and i know it seems at only $200 bucks each, just buy another one... what most people dont think about is when that turbo blows up all of the debris goes strait into the motor usually resulting in complete engine loss!

These kits are COMPLETE and BOLT IN! major components: Turbo, manifold, blow off valve, fuel controller, and all hardware to install it!

we are going with 8 lbs of boost at this time, anything more than that is overkill without head porting and valve/cam work. we will be dynoing the one in the pics in the very near future. we are playing with cams and some other settings before we go to the dyno. i am trying to have all performance parts on hand so i can get dyno numbers on everything... and no it is not a stand alone ecm. it uses a fuel controller close to what you get from SB but mine is designed for boost...

That is a great deal. I do alot of low speed crawling. How does this turbo package effect that? I don't want to lose the low end grunt I picked up from my SB fuel controller. I would love to see some video of some low rpm crawling and show off its high end pick up.

Also, do you have a package with an intercooler?

This guy had some great ideas, but managed to rip me off when he sent me one of his complete kits including both manifolds. The only thing I would use these manifolds for are boat anchors, so don't be surprised his phone number doesn't work any more.

I honestly think our intakes are a pretty good design they just need to be port matched. The long runners allow for torque which I think is what most of us are after. One day I will get around to flipping my intake & getting rid of the lame rubber tubing.

I have been doing a little research on which engine oil is best for UTV engines.  There seems to be some disagreement over using a good quality regular engine oil, and the necessity of using "M2" (or wet clutch suitable) oil.  My understanding is the "wet clutch" suitable oil has less friction reduction properties (hence a more responsive clutch with less slippage).  While less friction reduction properties would seem to be better for the wet clutch... it would not be best for the internal engine parts like camshaft bearings and other moving parts where friction is detrimental and would lead to premature failure.  Some folks swear you need M2 oil, while others say they have been using regular motor oil for years and their clutch is just fine.  Could they both be right ???
      Any thoughts ?

Has anyone installed the power dump on a Kioti K9? If so, does it eliminate the safety lock? Does it work well?
      Thanks for your input

2023 Massimo Buck ran for minute then died. Key on all power to dashboard but do not hear full pump turn on like previously. Also no fire at plug. ECU?

Most of us complain about the ridiculous noise in the cabin. My wife likes to ride but the noise is a major downer. You can’t even have a conversation without shouting at each other. Well, I manage to reduce the cabin noise by approx 200%!

I addressed the intake that is poorly placed right between the driver and passenger. First, I cut the air filter inlet pipe in half (pic 1). I then reinstalled it upside down (pic 2). I then attached a flexible intake tube (pic 3) and directed it behind the cabin (pic 4). Major difference.

Then I covered the interior engine cover with Dynamat extreme and then 200 mil Chaogang sound deadener / heat shield mat on top of that (pic 5). Since I cut off the intake and redirected it, I completely closed off the intake (engine fence) so no engine noise can come thru (pic 6). It also reduced the heat approx 50%. I did leave on the heat mat that came stock on the engine cover, so it has 3 different mats. It was a snug fit. Major difference again.

My wife rides all the time now since we can have a conversation when we ride. Major improvement to my riding experience. Thought you might like to check it out.
