If your in need of Joyner parts get ahold of

 Casey Ye

My contact in China. Very reputable woman. Has parts in the states.

From Casey.

please help me to inform them that i Have ordered 20 pieces of 650 rear CV axles which will be available in beginging of April. if They want They Can contact me. I willconfirm exact available time after Chinese New Year Holiday. Thanks.

[email protected]

Have part numbers as she is a not associated with Joyner. Just gets us the parts we need.

Be cautious on part numbers because shipping is really high on China shipping of heavy parts and she is trying to make money and also support our Joyners for us.

Is Casey still a good source for Chery parts?

CV Boot Kit There appears to be a difference between inner and outer boots, I used a NAPA CVB6862340 for my outer rear, fit good but not tightly on the CV end, I held it on with Tyraps
Autozone part # 03606. Comes with bands and grease for $11.99, quick/split boot. K2181 95 Geo Metro $15.99
NAPA #686-2149 fits for the Troopers inner CV. It's a speck tight but only about 1/16".(Lenny)
Napa 686-2181 CV Boot from a 95 Geo Metro.
http://www.norrecind...tart=1&cat=1394 or
Norrec Industries then Application, then UTV, then look up joyner, they have them all
Polaris CV Boot Kit # 2203438, (PR-8061)

The Norrec boots are too small for the Trooper T2. I got the NAPA #686-2149 which were good quality and fit. These were for the inner front axles. Don't buy the boots from Joyner. Mine split after 2 rides.

I just purchased a 2011 Joyner Renegade R2 800. It needs CV axles and a master cylinder for the foot pedal brake.

Anyone have any clue as to where I could purchase these parts or if there are 3rd part parts that would work? Thanks for your help!

Look at the parts catalog for the part number and do a web search for the part number. If they are standard parts you will often find non-Joyner vendors selling them. If they are specific to Joyner machines sometimes you will find them on Alliexpress. Also if the part is used on other brands or models you might get hits on those.

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
                                    Thank You,

I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next

2002 ranger 500 4x4 stopped running and wouldn't restart. Service manual wiring diagram helped identify the hub safety switch as the culprit. Using jumper wires to bypass  switch allowed the engine to start and run normally. Inspection of switch showed melted epoxy and a strong smell of burnt electrical. Unable to find replacement part either used or new. Is there a work around other than jumper wiring?
