We would like to add a repair and parts shop to our shop in Southern  California for the Joyners. How many Joyner people in the area do we have that own Joyners?

I'm sure I am one of many.  I searched for a long time before I could find someone to work on mine and unfortunately it was a bad experience so this area could definitely use a reliable source for repairs.

We are up and running. We have been in the  off road business for many years. We haven't pushed the shop in that direction, adding a new division to the business is needed in our area.

I'm a little gun shy using Joynerusa - the one and only time we ordered parts from there, someone also got a new Apple Ipad at our expense. My credit card was jacked. We used to also use Silverbullet, but right now getting parts from him is like pulling teeth.

I go by Tehachipi when coming and going each summer on the way to or from my Oregon Property.  I will stop by with my  Joyner Renegade.

Quick question, is there some special reason there are two radiator fills on the Renegade, one next to the battery and one at the engine?

You fill the coolant system at the highest point . The radiator catch  tank  is usually  taped into  the top of the radiator and the tank  can be placed anywhere.

There are others that do it. There is a shop in Arizona near joyner USA that does it. I just don't know what they do for fueling. And they aren't willing to sell me just the fueling system. I have plenty of exp turboing V8's. Just nothing this small. I want to do a turbo in the spot where the muffler is. Because the sound is unreal! I had a rear mouinted turbo on my last Chevy 6.0 I did . It sounded like a whisling ford Diesel. Was Awesome! At Idle the turbo did as great job at muffling the sound(plus it was Legal as a muffler). But when you put the hammer down...…….the sound def made your presence known. On top of that....I don't need an aftermarket header. Just piping, plumbing, and intercooler.

You don't need a intercooler for th 5 LB of boost for a 9.5 compression engine. All you need is a wide band O2 gauge and a injector controller and injector for the intake then you can richen the mixture under boost, pretty simple way to go.

I just acquired a 07 joyner sand viper 1100cc, missing the whole tranny. Dont know if the engine is good or not, starter bolts to tranny bell housing so cant start the motor. Was thinking might be cheaper to do engine tranny swap. Seems like all the joyner output shafts are the weak link. I can get a Geo metro wrecked cheaper than a tranny for a joyner. Plus cant find parts in the USA

Joyner USA has most parts . The vw trans from the ?????? is the same, their is a thread bout that. The big thing is that the engine is only 50 hp just not enough giddy-up.  Our trans has a bad 2nd gear synchro so changing the engine and trans for us is the way to go.

I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

2004 250DL DIRT DEVIL. Hey y’all, I already know this is a long shot. But I am looking for a the “prick gear” assembly that makes reverse work for my external reverse gearbox. OEM PN D250.08.103 and its assembly. I bought the kart as a basket case, but I saw that the reverse box was present so I was optimistic.  Upon starting working on the buggy I realized there was a block off plate in plate of there the normal gear would be. If my understanding is correct that means the transmission no longer has reverse gear. I figured it’s just a standard bevel gear and I could probably find a gear to make work, but I don’t want to spend the time making all the other housing parts to shim the gear perfectly. Has anyone spare parts, or figured out an aftermarket solution from McMaster? I already know it’ll be a challenge to get this box to be happy again, but figured I would ask

Hi everyone and I hope that is not a too forward questions for us newbies.
My husband and I are ready (next Spring) to open our newly developed nudist campground in Iowa and we are now looking for interesting activities to host.
Don't worry we are not going to try and sell you a membership because as of 2 weeks ago all of our 50 campsites are sold out for the 2024 season.
It was my job to sell site and now that is complete i am looking for interesting actives host for weekend.
We have 300 acres of woods, grassland, swamps and 2 small ponds/lakes and dozens of miles of riding trails.
we have gotten county approval for the complete 300 acres to be clothing optional.
We think we have a great spot for a weekend or several day ATV / mudder event.
Clothing would be optional for all participants and plenty of room for overnight camping and outdoor group showers.
Now we are looking to you pro  ATV riders to let us know if you think your group of people would fit in with ours.
Feel free to ask anything you would like to get a better idea of what we offer.

Hit a rock last weekend and trashed my front A-arm and axle on my Outlander. I’ve been looking around for reliable sources for replacement components. A lot of listings online look a bit hit or miss, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually worth trusting.
Has anyone here had good luck with dealers or sites where you can buy genuine Can-Am spare parts online without worrying about quality issues or fake OEM stuff? I’d rather pay a bit more and get the right fit than deal with problems later.
      Any recommendations appreciated.
