I had been wanting to install power steering on my T4 for years so I went to the salvage yard last weekend and bought a complete column (minus airbag) out of a 2009 Nissan Versa for $125 with the ECU.

It was a fairly simple install. The long shaft that fits to the Joyner steering rack actually fit perfectly into the Nissan column. Had to weld up a U joint on the Nissan column to make it a straight shaft and fab up one simple bracket. Connect power and ground plus a switched 12v and now I can steer with one hand!

I wouldn’t deal with SB...he is always a pain in the ass for some reason the few times that I have ordered parts from him and everyone on the forum that deals with SB reports problems receiving parts or just getting ripped off completely.

I will post some better pics as soon as I can, but I can tell you that the Nissan Versa column was simple to remove in the junk yard and the only additional parts I needed for installation on the Joyner was a 6” piece of 1/2” angle and 18” of heavy wire to run for power from the winch 12VDC connections.

Oh, and I did have to weld up a U joint that was part of the Nissan linkage, but it was easy!

Hello guys, newb here.

I own a 2004 Joyner Renegade R4 800cc and am wanting to add power steering to it and am wondering if the fix mentioned here would also work on my R4.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kenny

Has anyone installed the power dump on a Kioti K9? If so, does it eliminate the safety lock? Does it work well?
      Thanks for your input

Recently bought a 2010 RTV 1100 with bad engine. a d1105T out of a toro 5400 just came available locally. Looking for info on if anybody has installed the turbo version of this engine, what challenges/ problems were encountered, how it turned out.

Looks like nobody has any insight. I will complete installation and report back as to how it went, how it works, and what's involved.

I just picked this UTV up off of Marketplace. It needs batteries.
I am installing a single 48v lithium battery.
The on board charger, a NOCO Genius GX 4820, has a lithium mode.
Has anyone here used this charger on new lithium batteries? I want to be certain of the compatibility before hooking the charger to this expensive battery. **

I got in touch with NOCO and they told me the charger is fine to use on a new LiFePo battery.
Nice charger. Many modes. New ones are running about $550.

Just picked up a Hisun 500 that had shift issues (corroded fan gear) which I fixed. It also didn't seem to be running smoothly then all of a sudden it got worse. It seems to miss on both idle and when pushing the gas pedal to the floor and doesn't seem to be running at full power. I've been working with a local person who is walking me through some steps, but I'd like some input from this group as well. What I've done:
      - drained the fuel tank and replaced it with 93 octane fuel and added heet to help with any water problems.
      - replaced the fuel injector.
      - disconnected the battery (several times) to allow the module to reset.
      - set the valve clearance, both intake and exhaust, within specs ... intake was tight but exhaust seemed fine.
      - replaced the battery.
      - replaced the O2 sensor.
Nothing has helped. Not sure what the next steps are, but would appreciate any expertise that can be offered here.

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.
