I don't want to start a long drawn out discussion nor do l care about what party you belong to. Watching Chairmen Bernake speaking to the Senate Budjet Commetee today rebrought this thought to my mind which has been there for a long time now.

How many homeowners out there would be able to keep their homes from forclosure if they had an extra $5000 ? The past CEO of Home Depot who ran the company for 5 years and ran the stock down during that time received $260,000,000 upon leaving his position there. If you divide that by $5000, you get 52,000. That means that 52,000 families will lose their homes, instead one person took all the money. Home depot is just one of nearly endless examples of greed out of control. As a society, how have we come to allow this totally unacceptable inbalance.

I agree Lenny! I wish I understood more about how to fight the "system". It is so out of whack; we are just about cooked. There has to be something more we can do as citizens other than wait for the next election. I wouldn't doubt if someday we end up in a "revolutionary" war if it keeps going as it has.

Get your self ready to defend yourself your loved ones and your property. I'm not some anti gov wacko and have never owned more then a pellet gun or a black powder derringer for fun but I am looking at a semi auto pistol and rifle along with a few thousand rounds for each. Just my thinking but I could be a little paranoid but better to be prepared then sorry.

One thing we can do that may in the long run help is contact our state representatives; and let them know we want the "Mark to Market" law overturned. This is kinda the same principal as when you buy a new car; and the minute you drive off the lot; it depreciates $5000 or more; except this is about our real estate holdings. The problem with this is that with a home that has depreciated because of a housing bubble popping; the Feds are forcing the banks to "readjust" the value of that home and "eat" the loss in value. This undermines the banks; real estate property; and the consumer. It is only 1 step away from your mortgage lender coming to you and calling your loan either due or that you make up the difference in value in cash to them as a "reinbursement". If you think that sounds unfair; you would be right. We must have a voice. It doesn't matter if you are Democrate; Republican; or Independant. It effects us all. Any financial institution that does not comply with this Mark to market rule by covering their loan loss by 110% will be eventually closed by the FDIC. (I have many family members in banking; thats how I know) If the American public can get this administration to overturn this rule; the economy will turn around. Do some research on the topic and contact your representatives. Our lives are at stake

I phoned directly to my local Representatives' offices both in AZ & Washington and sent emails to both on the first bail-out/give away! All I accomplished was getting on there C*ap email lists that I can not now get off of. Did absolutely nothing. They are bought before they ever get into office and I don't have enough money for them to care. Sorry, IMHO it is now a lost cause. I am taking care of family & myself and ZERO hope they will ever doing anything. This is just ruining my morning! LOL!

I hear ya; but it's just so hard to sit by and watch our "so called" elected leaders absolutely destroy this great country. Our active objection at least lets US know that we were not lead like sheep to the slaughter. I've been a bit empassioned lately because the Feds are TRYING to shut down the bank my wife works for even though they ran their business cleanly and were rated in the top 5 for their peer group. It's all a setup to become a "socialist" country and I'm mad as hell about it. we have a voice; but it's just ignored

Thanks guys, I've been telling people about this kind of outragous over compensation for some time now. When I first started, I was susprised at how many people sort of shrugged it off as, "ah well, yha, it's a lot of money but what are you going to do about it". Then I started talking about how the math showed 52,000 families losing their homes because of one person. Well, thats starting to register with them and they can't help from getting pissed. If we want to make a difference, contacting your representives isn't enough. They just dont get enough complaints to pay much attention to it. IMHO, we need to spread the 52,000 example where we can. It really shows the human loss because of unbridled greed. We need to get everybody mad, real mad. Then and only then can we finally make a change. I heard the other day, true or not, don't know, that people in germany were burning Mercedes and other expensive cars of the super rich to show how unacceptable their greed is. Things only change when the masses insist on it. I feel Obama got in because people were ready to take anything other then another main inside player. Right or wrong, I feel Obama getting in says that a lot of people are getting pissed. I'm trying whenever I can to get people pissed about it. The more the better.

I have also seen this coming for a long time. But no one will listen to me they all think I am paranoid. Do any of you listen to Coast to Coast am? It has some crazy stuff on it but it also has some interesting stuff about our government and all the things they are doing. Some of the things they talk about are pretty scary if you think about it. Halliburton has been contracted to build 5 camps that will hold a million people each in case of a political uprising. They have also trained between 20,000-50,000 battle hardened troops specifically to take our guns away. It was not just some quacks talking about this they had state representatives and legislators on talking about it and confirmed the camps and the training of the troops.

When I try to start my AXIS 500 (from Lowes) there is a buzzing sound coming from the battery compartment and it will not turn over/start. The battery is showing 12.47 volts so that does not appear to be the issue, are there any suggestions on where to look next?

      Good afternoon,
I have a 2022 Bobcat 34XL.  Over time, I have to press harder and harder on the brake pedal before the ignition will fire. Now I have to practically stand on it with all my weight to get it to start.  Does anyone know if there is a spring or something that might need replacing, or have had this issue before? I don't have any schematics of the brake sensor/assembly.
      TIA

      Hi,
      New to the forum.
Came here looking for some experienced UTV users who can enlighten me about which brand should I pick for my very first UTV or SXS.
      I'm between 3 brands and 3 models:
      *Kawasaki MULE PRO-FXR   1000.
      *Yamaha wolverine rmax2.
      *Can am Commander XTP.
The use I'm willing to give it is mostly to go to the range with my wife, load steel targets and all our shooting gear, we shoot a lot, rifles, Shotguns and Handguns for practice, training and competition. (Range is about 10 miles from home)
But also I want something that I can take to the trails and have fun on dirt, mud, rocks, puddles or creeks.
Any objective information will be appreciated, specially which is more reliable and durable.
Thank you and happy 4th of July.

I have a part that fell over to the exhaust and burned the harness up. I can't figure out what it is. Does anyone know what the start relay looks like? The part I can't figure out has 4 wires, a red power, a green and brown wire, a black and unsure what the 4th color was. Anyone have a clue?

We just bought a used 2017 American Landmaster TW450. No hour meter that I can find, so not sure exactly how much it has been used.
The first 2 days we had it, the starter was a little sketchy, but it started after 2-3 tries. Sometimes when turning the key, we would hear a loud metal "clink" sound. Like the starter made contact, but didn't have enough power to turn.
THIS MORNING... Turning the key, we hear a single click sound. That's it. Even with a new battery, the starter is still doing the same thing. Both batteries (old and new) were reading 12.8 volts on volt meter. So I'm wondering what else could be going on? Any ideas on what to look for would be greatly appreciated...
      Thank you!
