I have a 2016 MSU 700 It starts right up, after maybe 5 minutes or so It dies. It is like something gets hot and shuts it down. I let it cool for 20 minutes and It will start right up again.  I was told it's the stater and someone else said it's the ICM. Anyone have this issue?

Check your oil level, check your fuel pump pressure and your ECU.  If the oil sensor is acting up then it will shut down the engine; also the stator and the pickup coil could be going out.

Check the valve adjustment, it’s a common problem with many of these engines. You may think this doesn’t make sense because you have done anything to change the clearances. It’s not uncommon to find the intake side with little to no clearance. Check the exhaust side as well.

Remove the gas cap and see if it starts right up.  If it does, your gas cap vent is plugged.  Air needs to get into the gas tank to replace the fuel that is consumed.

Excellent suggestion. I had a riding mower that would only run for several minutes, then die. It drove me nuts trying to locate the problem. But, after waiting for the engine to cool off sufficiently, it would start again. I finally drilled a small hole in the gas cap, and problem solved!

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.

My Massimo 500 will not start. I’ve checked all the obvious things. It turns over just fine. fuel, spark, fuse box are all good. I can’t figure it out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a 2018 TW450 that runs fine on flat ground but dies out when under load going uphill. Changed the gas filter and spark plug with same results. Letting it set for a few minutes it will run until it hits a incline. Belt is not slipping, but the engine just dies out and doesn't even want to run in neutral. Any ideas as to what I can try is appreciated in advance. Also only run non-ethanol for fuel.

Onto the next problem, everything has been replaced in the charging system except the Flywheel Rotor, I have it torn apart all the way down to said rotor, but it is suggested that a specific puller is required, and a compatible rotor seems virtually impossible to find.  I can find many like it, but this one is mine scenario for those that get the reference.  For all I know I have the last Massimo Buck 400S on the planet and will never find another part again, but who knows.  Any ideas, help or otherwise that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
