Joyner website gone.

Recommended Posts

I have used TJ USAs website as a reference for years and now its gone. It looks like it is getting rebuilt, but if you have not got a Trooper, Renegade or Commando Manual, I have found a site that still has on-line owners manuals for these models. It is Joyner Sport Russia and the link is Ðóêà ïîìîùè - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò If you can not translate to English the Commando is the 2nd link down, Renegade the 4th and Trooper the 5th. All three manuals are in English. Download the one you need on to your computer so you have copy.

Not a bad site really, have a look at some photos from this link Ôîòî/âèäåî - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò They have dealers nation wide and it looks like the 650 Sand Spiders are the most popular Joyner.

Cheers Mike.

I also have a copy of the Trooper manual and can send a big pdf file if necessary. I also have made a papercopy in case I lose it on the computer.

I printed off four model manuals then got lazy and simply used TJs website. If you do print one off for yourself and are not to sure how to do odd & even pages back to back, download the file onto a memory stick and take it down to a Stationary shop and get them to do it. That way the manual will end up having the bookbinding done properly.

Cheers Mike

Nice one Jarrad, somebody's thinking. Tag it with Joyner parts and you will do well.

I have the factory service manual available for the Buck 400. Just send me a message with your email and I'll get it to you. Although there is no charge for this, it would be great if  you would visit my website where you could donate any amount to help do things like this with others who need it. Again, there is no charge for this manual, and no obligation to donate. But if you did, I would thank you for sure. Have fun on the trails. www.warriorsoffroad.com

Hey guys! My throttle cable broke in its housing. Can anyone tell me what aftermarket cable would work for a 1100 renegade Joyner?

HELP - my wife and i just bought a 2013 joyner trooper 1100 and we rode for 2 evenings with no problems. Went to ride last night and all of a sudden it acted like something was catching up and it didn't want to move easily. Whatever it was must've broke and now it moves with no problem but is making a rubbing/grinding noise somewhere in the backend. Could it be wheel bearing, differential, or something in cv shaft. Any info or similar experiences is appreciated.

Soo for my second problem lol, 2009 trooper 1100 5 speed , will not engage 5th gear , all others work fine but seems like 5th doesn't engage completely and wont grab the gear. Any idea on where to start looking for issues, or what to look for in regards to linkage.
