That’s the old Team Joyner full enclosure with a hard roof including a front and rear window panel. Glad you replaced the ugly canvas side panels Rick. Great job, you get my thumbs up.

Wow! Thats terrific!!! Great job! .....and suicide style! How did you end up latching and skinning them? Oh man! Is that a racing type gas filler cover?

I made the latch out of 1/2" round stock with a spring and some 1/2" washers and cut a groove in the top rail of the door about 2" long.I picked up the fuel door cover at Kragens auto,40 bucks.

Where did you get the top piece for your T4? Does it come with the front and rear windshields as well? Is it one piece?

I was also wondering where you got your front bumper from

I got it from a guy who purchased it at the joyner auction.It came with top,rear panel and window,front windsheild,canvas side panels,and top cargo carrier.Front bumper was purchased from joyner before they closed.

your right about the enclosure.

still have the ugly canvas side panels,Can still use them if I want.Once doors are open they lift off real easy and all my snaps and velcro are still there so the side panels can go on in minutes.

Nice job Ricksrb. Your probably right about a little more color. That should be easy to do, the hard thinking and work is done. I like that you can lift them off easily. Looks well thought out.

Nice doors, can you post a photo or two of you snorkel set up? How does it seal up, assuming you can still lift the bed up.

yes the bed still can be lifted up,below the bed is a 3" flex tubing that allows the bed to swing up.I do not recommend this set-up.I will be changing it because gets waaaay too much dust.

I like mine, flipped the intake, cut a cork gasket and drilled a few holes and it works good, as near as I know. Makes starter access easy, as well as the throttle butterfly.

Looks like you should be hauling people around at a Resort.

I had an idea like that.I thought of going down to the Tuson area and take people on tours of this ranch I heard about that has some wild steers running around on it that attack people(LOL)

Looks like he did what I was thinking of doing. Turn the chrome tube up off the engine.

      Hello, All!  I've decided to replace the traction batteries in my 2018 Sector E1 with a 48V Lithium set. They may be expensive, but I figure the Discovery Dry Cell are, too. I am not looking for the max driving range, as I have never received near the brochured range to begin with, but a good mix of charge/ get work done/ charge is what I am expecting.
      I have settled on the 48V EAGL kit from bigbattery dot com. Each battery pack provides 30Ah. The kit ships with a charger, as well. The packs would be physically connected in parallel (using a busbar) to one another, maintaining the 48V voltage, but together would be able to provide the amp draw the buggy pulls when going up hill or towing a rake (rated 320 max continuous Amps). This is in comparison to the serial connection the eight 6V lead batteries. Each of the EAGL batteries looks to have its own BMS; am I correct in thinking I will have to use their included charger rather than (simply) changing the onboard charger to lithium mode? The chemistry of the pack is LiFe PO4, for what it's worth.  I haven't torn anything apart yet (to diagram), so  I am not sure how the dash will interpret the AMP draw, but the kit I am looking at includes a dash mounted charge indicator.
      If anyone has completed a similar conversion, do you have any tips? Specifically, how did you remove the original batteries, and how did you secure the new ones? I am guessing that almost any change from the stock batteries would involve at least some modifications. Any tips would be appreciated, especially things I may have failed to consider. Thanks!

      I own a K9 with 50hrs that has been in for repair more than once the farm.  Multitude of issues, trying to file lemon on it but interested in knowing if owners are organizing for a class action suit.  The dealer informs me there are “a lot of owners very unhappy with these”.
