I have a 2019 hi sun 750 I parked it in my garage last fall and about a month later I went to ride it and I had no power but the battery shows good. I’ve taken the ignition switch out and cleaned it. I cleaned the battery terminals and replace the main relay all my fuses are good. I still show strong battery but get no power, can anyone help or have any ideas? I have yet to find any wires chewed up like from a mouse or anything all the wiring looks good.

I’ve tried to jump across the solenoid and all it does is turn over no power to the dash any of the gauges or any of the equipment on it like the winch or hazard lights I don’t see any wires chewed up I’ve replaced the main relay and the ignition switch.

I hate to bring up an "old" thread, but did you ever get this solved?  I have exactly the same issue with my 2021 Hisun 750 ATV. I attempted to start it a week ago, it turned over, then just shut off completely after abut 5 seconds...No power to the dash, winch, lights, turn signals, etc. will not turn over or start.  Shorting the solenoid will only spin the starter motor, and not actually "start" the vehicle.  I read somewhere else about a "dash ECU Fuse" causing a similar problem - mine tests fine with my multimeter....  I need my machine to work!

I had this problem after sitting for a while cause of a blown head gasket. I fixed the head. Then tackled the no start issue. Turned out to be bad connection at battery leads. Also in the battery compartment is the main fuse. Check all connections while your in there.

Yes now got over 200 miles on the new head gasket and jug.

Hope for the best. Let us know. We will figure this out

our XS-750 has the same problem. I can jumper the starter and it spins the motor at a very good speed but the engine and displays have no power. Battery tests show the battery is plenty strong. This beautiful pile of junk has only 19 hours on it.  We bought this for my mother in law May2024 ( sadly, she passed away last month) and she did not register it for the warranty so I am stuck with whatever problem it has. It seems to be the Keyfob module since I can try different combinations of pressing the 3 buttons on the keyfob and the displays sometime come to life and it starts and runs fine until I shut it off and then it goes dormant again. I have read several stories where the keyfob module goes bad and HISUN even has a YouTube video on how to replace it. I hope to jumper across the Keybob module bypassing it and eliminate that defect in the design once and for all.

My son in law had this problem. Turned out to be something as simple as the key fob, lol. He pressed a button or two on it and started right up. Make sure your fob is nearby with good battery. You might have to press a certain button on it. I’d tell you but I haven’t taken my fob out of the glove box in so long I don’t know what buttons are on it. Hope this helps.

even though my keyfob's red led was lighting up when I pressed the buttons, I found out how to open the case and replace the battery. That was the problem Everything is working fine now. Thanks for the advice. I am a happy man.

Hi, I purchased a used Cub Cadet 750 Challenger that seemed like the belt was slipping so I put a new belt in.  It still acts like the belt is slipping but now I am thinking it is the clutch?
What is the best way to remedy this problem?
      Can the clutch be rebuilt?
      Are there aftermarket clutches available?

I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).

I have a 2022 Hisun 750 Sector which comes with a locked rear differential. Was wondering if it would be possible to install an unlocking differential.  I see that there are some Hisun made machines that come with the unlocking rear diff, such as Cub Cadet Challenger, some of the Massimos, and probably others. My concern is whether these would be a direct bolt on, using the original axles, drive shaft, and of course matching gear ratio. I've tried to match up part numbers but it seems every brand has their own number system even for parts that I know are identical. If anyone has ever done this swap or has any information about the whether these unlocking rear diffs are comparable to the Sector, I'd appreciate your input.

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that
