Not just a number! I'm an avid off-road junkie ( more of a climber than a mudder),35 years old from Dallas,TX, also a huge fan of the water and water sports (from surfing to skiing), Don't really give a crap about this MMA stuff that has become so popular (I'd rather watch Pac Man knock out Mayweather), If it has wheels I'll ride/drive it ( from a unicycle to an amphibian), retired BMXer, have ridden motorcycles since I was 6, I love all these things but they've really taken a toll on my body. The cold weather really slows me down, I've broken both colar bones, arm, femur, right hand, and my nose has more lumps than granny's gravy.

Hello I have a Renegade 1100 rear diff for sale if anyone is looking. It is used, but everything turns as it should. I am asking $600. Please let me know.

Thanks

Didnt think the Renegade came with a 1100, only thought they went up to 800cc???

I am not really sure. I got this rear diff thinking that it would be an easy adaption for my 650 commando but it's not even close. I was told that it was an 1100 but I guess it must be an 800cc. Thanks for the heads up.

I would trade you a Trooper diff for the Renegade. More of a market for the Trooper diff.

I agree with Rocmoc. The Troopers have had a definate differential problem and thus have more people looking for them by far. The Renegades never had a differential problem so the market to sell a Renegade differential is much lower. Sounds like a good swap to me.

Wish I could, but I have no ride, and I have a race to attend in Louisiana the 27th-29th. Maybe next year, but you never know, maybe bob will send jimbo there with a new Joyner or a arctic cat. Stranger things have happened

I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

2004 250DL DIRT DEVIL. Hey y’all, I already know this is a long shot. But I am looking for a the “prick gear” assembly that makes reverse work for my external reverse gearbox. OEM PN D250.08.103 and its assembly. I bought the kart as a basket case, but I saw that the reverse box was present so I was optimistic.  Upon starting working on the buggy I realized there was a block off plate in plate of there the normal gear would be. If my understanding is correct that means the transmission no longer has reverse gear. I figured it’s just a standard bevel gear and I could probably find a gear to make work, but I don’t want to spend the time making all the other housing parts to shim the gear perfectly. Has anyone spare parts, or figured out an aftermarket solution from McMaster? I already know it’ll be a challenge to get this box to be happy again, but figured I would ask

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection
